Fix for Server Connection Lost
If youre located in germany or surrounding countries, you most likely have a DS-Lite connection which since the latest Hotfix has issues with Tarkov's server

Solution = get a VPN and use dedicated VPN servers

Solution 2 = Call your internet provider and force them to change your connection from DS-Lite to Dual Stack
most of people from the support team have no clue what you want, ask for a technician and tell them your problem but dont tell than its cause you wanna play a game.
tell them something like this
"hi i have connection issues with my companies server, i cant connect to open the files, my supervisor ask what connection i use and he recommended me to use Dual Stack"

.net framework is built into windows 10 now, and about c++ I'd uninstall all of them and then install the newest one.

So go to the windows add and remove programs and search C++ and uninstall all of them then reboot.

Hi everyone, I need some help with my game, it stucks on the first loading screen right after a press start on the launcher so far i tried;
-reinstalling the game
-adding the tarkov application/launcher to my windows firewall allowance list
-updating security properties in files to allow full access for all users
-updating my graphics drivers

And first back up these ini files by copying them to another folder on the desktop.

Try deleting graphics.ini first and try again, then delete the rest if you still have the problem.

If this doesn't fix the problem please paste the files you backed up to replace the files that took their place in that folder.

If your ISP is known for blocking things this is likely the cause. Try other popular DNS servers until one is not blocking you.

If that doesn't help your ISP may be manually blocking that ip address.
