You even have a conversation about this with Prapor once you hand in the dogtags for Reserve access
Do we have any more information about the like bear variant of goons? They're popping up a lot and I doubt there'd be a whole storyline about htem if they werent important
I want a BL manga with USEC and BEAR
Question: where can I find the lore magathread that they used to have in the forum? They had all sorts of documents and cool stuff
Hey so if an EMP weapon “blue flame” was detonated in tarkov, or at least just in ground zero, how come so many street lights still work? Ragman and therapist both mention during their missions that most cars in tarkov don’t work because of it, so how come there is still power in the city? Shouldn’t it be pitch black at night? What am I missing here?
The power comes from outside tarkov, it is not that the blue fire took out the entirety of all power it took out all electronics that why finding working graphics cards, lcds and etc are so valuable its cause you found items that actually work after the EMP
Ahh I see I see. That makes sense, thank you.
Though now I have another question, why is the outside world powering tarkov? Who is paying for it and why?
I dont know much about how a whole city is powered and whatnot but i would assume TerraGroup probably own electrical gridlines or whatever cause they have whole surveillance systems setup all around tarkov and have entire laboratories setup with Fixer teams on stand by 24/7
A lot of power plants aren't the kind of thing that people want in their backyard. Coal and natural gas plants produce obvious(ish) pollution. Nuclear makes "the ick". Hydro is obviously from the devil (how else could magnets work?).
In seriousness: Power is typically not conveniently generated near where people would prefer to live.
That doesn’t at all answer my question
It actually has nothing to do with my question
A valid point.
I'd say probably UNTAR is keeping power on because if citizens haven't been evacuated for some reason, leaving them without power would be worse than denying scumbags like us power.
imagine a world where every sus death wasn't your first thought to be a cheater why play a game when the goat video still exists more cheaters than ever thanks bsg 10yrs no improvements to anti cheat or optimization all the money went to what not the severs or to the anti cheat trashy dev team
The anti cheat they use is BattlEye. They don't use a custom anti cheat so they don't technically have an anti cheat team since it's a third party thing. Also this is for lore discussions, not complaints. Save that for the other chats
And please, your grammar sucks and that's not an insult
And this has to be said. This is incoherent gibberish that a 5 year old would write and that's an insult to 5 year olds
What is the story quest experience like? Are the quests just the old tasks but glorified or is there anything meaningful happening in raid? More NPCs, in game objectives that aren't just like the old tasks?
Not sure right now
From what I have seen until now, the story is a bit more coherent and interesting - added story quests with lore etc, all shaping up to be... well, a story.
So far, so good.
Didn't expect a game like this to tell an interesting story but here we are. Then again, the lore around it is solid so it makes sense for the story to be cool
agreed, I was also surprised with the depth of the lore... interested to see if/how they develop the stuff outside of the endgame moments
Games with lore this deep are pretty rare
I do like the lore and story but the things you have to do inbetween kinda feel like generic quests to get to the next thing tho some of them is quite cool but the whole intercom thing and outside of Tour storyline quests like batya or falling skies they feel like your actually doing something else than give 4 million in dollars to mechanic to access worst map in the game
What I'm more interested in is what Terminal will look like when we get there
How it will play out in the cutscenes and what the fights with Black Division will be like
100%. The intercom thing feels like that moment in Raid where the BEAR and USEC PMCs are trying to get to the Terminal
I agree, but there has to be a bit of filler quests tho - the game would either be too short or too linera without them
And the story is technically non linear so it makes sense
It says terminal is not avaible on the world map so i hope its not a situation similar to the rpg where it was shown in the trailer but only actually brought out very late into the wipe
Tho its probably a transit situation where you have to walk up to the gate and wait for a loading screen
It would be cool if Terminal was just an extension of shoreline so its most seamless transition without a loading screen
That would make sense too though do you have any idea how many peeps would be trying to get there in one raid when they're done with the main story?
Shit would go crazy
An option to Transit to Terminal would be interesting
Probably not a lot i mean the story line is very long and i remember nikita saying if you died in terminal doing the final quest to get out of tarkov your character would be gone but the actual terminal apart from the teammates you brought would be PVE
So i doubt a lot of people would be continuously running terminal
Its the endgame. What would be the point of going there all the time?
yeah, I am also thinking loading before Terminal will be a thing - same as with the Labyrinth or similar
Maybe trying to get different endings possible or just having fun on this unique map
I am curious what the endings will look like. We have a good idea of 2 of them I think and both of them involve dying
Nikita did mention 4 endings so the other 2 would be where you survive but different outcomes will occur
Maybe. It is a large map and the way you traverse it could influence what ending you get
But it is a PvE only area since you won't fight players, only AI
Would make sense
dude, I am so hyped, I cannot wait to see that and... probably be extremely disappointed
I'm hyped to get killed by the first enemy I see on there, most likely a Black Division PMC
Someone described Black Division as like one of the Goons but cranked to 11
same, by the first enemy I do not see.....
That sounds pretty scary since the Goon Squad are dangerous enough and having enemies on their level or worse and multiple of them is all kinds of fucked
I am just wondering if the überbot moment ruins the fun... you play the entire game to prep for that, and then you get lasered as soon as one pixel of your pinky toe is visible
Given how Tarkov is, this is a possibility
The Goons can be easy to deal with if you position yourself correctly and the same could be said for Terminal
I would love to see a Terminal world speedrun
any one naming themselves Lord Nightmare on discord has issues who are you to act noble in a chat for a pvp game lmao PVE was added bc you got tired of the same thing or you would play pvp or your just bad at the game which is it?
did it just get a lot saltier in here?
imagine trying to defend the people who tried to openly scam their player base. People are so forgiving and dumb now a days
Lad who hurt you?
this doesnt look like lore discussion
looks a lot like heresy...
speaking of lore, are there hints around deepening the cultists story? haven't seen anything new
not really anything yet but i did find in the tutorial a note about the blue flame on a dead scav
is that not about the EMP?
Blue flame = EMP
damn, I missed EVERYTHING in the tutorial... LEDX, GPU, loads of money, the note
Same. Not worth restarting now though.
I haven't been able to restart yet (life and such) but just wanted to say thank you to everyone sharing their remarks on the beginning, definetely want to make sure I see that newspaper!
There’s 2 whole quest lines about the cultist activities one mainly cultists and the other centered around Terra group experimental shit, don’t want to spoil it for you as I’m currently working my way through both of them and can say there’s way more info on them now and their activities throughout the tarkov region
awesome! thanks for the info and thanks for not spoiling! 🙂
Ofc, you’ll probably need some help at certain points as they don’t really give you much direction but when you figure shit out you can read through all their notes and their book
yeah, figuring shit out is half the fun!
I will say I’ve always enjoyed the secrecy of the cultist stuff but having actual paper trails to follow makes it really cool and you get to learn a lot more about their impact on the tarkov region as a whole which we never were able to before
yeah, should round off the story pretty well, I guess
I think you’ll enjoy the book when you get there huge lore dumps with cultists
Ok but what does this have to do with the lore
Unless you’re implying that cheating is canon, like it’s some sort of dark blood magic some PMCs learned from the cultists that give them “supernatural” abilities lmao
Btw, has the main quest expanded on the blue chemical that’s all over tarkov? The one Terra group produced, I forgot what it’s called. Blue crystal? Blue powder? Something like that
I’m not asking for late game spoilers I’m just asking if they’ve expanded on it or not
In trailer we see emp on plain, but in cutscene we don't see it falling. It explodes on roof of building behind terragroup office.
First your cheeks are divided. Then you are the one that divides the cheeks...
Wasn’t confirmed that was the emp
Very fair to assume it was
But we could have a curveball
Why do all the lights work if an EMP went off in the city
You're a wizard Scavy
flea needs to go to level 30+ just made 3 mil from tools lmao
Bradford the Third single handedly destroying 10 years of dogshit lore building with a single question lmao
Anyone know which card we need to enter terminal?
Do you need to complete every side quest in tarkov for the good ending or every story quest
anyone found the lead on item 1156?
no
No
Get this person out of here
wrong type of game xD

worst theory so far
fence is secretly a Pokemon > fence is secretly a girl
In interchange, have we learned anything about the basement at powerstation?
has anyone found the labrynth facility recesrxh report
bit late from me but exactly what i was looking for thanks homie
okay so hear me out prapor is actually a trans-feminist white woman stuck in a illegal russian arms dealer's body
Ofc man, its cool info fs
did u check drain pipe near shoreline?
sounds like it could be somewhere not on labyrinth
ok i found it! it's by the drain pipe by the pier/docks on shoreline! :)
Why would Fence be trans? And if he is (highly unlikely) then what would give it away?
I am quite sure that the other traders simply do not give a fuck bout that shit since it's Tarkov. Far more important things to worry about than someone's gender identity
someone should ban this person who said fence is trans. you know this game Russian developed
It's definitely worded like bait which makes me doubt it's a legit theory. That and there's no indication that he's trans at all. The only character that would even come remotely close to being trans (highly unlikely of course) would be that hacker guy in the mask we see in the Echoes of Unfallen trailer. But since this is Russian game and LGBTQ people are the least likely to appear in a setting like this, I'm considering it bullshit
Why oh god fucking why do theories like this even exist?
Russians don’t believe in self id theory
Mr.Kerman is actually role-playing as a furry cat boy
anybody found the rfid card encryption device?
yeah we found it but i ain’t finish it rewards are buns
lmaooo yea.. the story quests rewards are lackluster
we was doing them without anything on the wiki and the dude i was with said we only get ammo for completing it so we just stopped 😭
any way around the 20k usd forlighthouse?
I completed accidental witness. Is there a way I can turn it in and get a reward or no?
Whats the lore behind our pmc waking up in a random spot in raid only to escape or go mia
lol wat
When you load into a raid, your pmc faids into reality.
What im wondering is how do they reach that spot at the start of a raid?
Like spawning in big red at customs how do we just appear there
I just think fence secretly works for both sides and is an insider for us to see what terragroup has going on. Plus we heard his voice when we visit to talk to him in game
the implication of moremans audio tape #1 scares me
Does anyone have any idea why there is a geneburn poster in game with a qr code on it that leads to a google doc named "Tree Stump" that contains only "51.4694559, 7.2249327"?
There is also a note that says "he did not want to collaberate with terragroup. -Mr. K."
cordnets. weird
im starting to think scavs are not just looters and gangers. the whole fuckin city is drugged
russia 2028 is gonna be the aftermath of terragroup i think
tarkov is just the catalyst
Does anyone know where to find the item 1156 thing in the terragroup areas for the blue fire story line quest
does it say anything in the lore or the stuff you picked up?
How do I hand propor Elektronik's flash drive? I have it in my inventory but won't give me a prompt to hand it over. Do I need both the flight transcript and the drive to turn them in?
when mr kerman tells u to go find out prapors crews intentions at light house it’s only the note and badge u gotta find right
yeah i think u need both
just get both and try and give them to prapor
Him working for both sides makes sense for someone like him
gonna try it after a customs run for tarkov shooter lol
yeah well the hard drive and transcript are in the same room so try and get both
didnt know dying to a level action every raid was for the lore
Is Partizan the one they refer to as the mushroom picker?
some would say hes on the fence about tarkov/terragroup issues
ill see myself out my bad
Tarkov started the Contract Wars, it absolutely is the catalyst
so, Kerman is actually double-crossing everyone to fix this mess, isnt it
What does killas grenade voiceline mean in Russian. Is he a very chill guy that he sounds at ease even in front of a grenade
either partizan or jaeger i would assume
I just wanted to share my animation progress for anyone who loves Tarkov’s lore!
https://discordapp.com/channels/521608697764380694/719146444598280214/1443512161899909191
Anyone completed "They are Already Here"? I can't find what i'm looking for around Sordi communication tower on Shoreline. Spent about 2 hours search all around it and in the forest surrounding it.
body down the hill slightly north side, has a note, you also need to fix the tower itself
Ta, dunno how I missed it. I was doing spirals outwards around the tower for about 100m
Shorelines compass direction is still confusing. Haven't tested it with a compass but You say north but bodies on the south. The world map present Terminal in the south but those in game maps have the coast at the top presenting it as north.
Also I see in the quest it says to repair it, but it doesn't explain how to. Don't see anything interactable, do I just come back with a tool kiit and multi tool and hope for the best?
Toolkit, I just use health resort as the point of north, compasses in game are shit,
Why carry compass when I can bring 2 surv kits and my recorder to make mixtapes in raid
WAIT can you use recorders?
No lmao
heard terminal isnt in the game yet this true?
No one knows as far as i know
why wouldn't it be in the game, wasnt it shown off at the game shows as apart of 1.0 release version, and we're in 1.0 release version, and the entrance to terminal exists on shoreline
i could see them pulling a "we thought it would take people 5 months to get to the end so actually we didn't implement it then because it wasn't ready yet" though so
There’s a few people who are on the very last part. It’s time gated or has to be enabled on servers by bsg
wow
Have they done everything or do they still have stuff to do?
I'd be surprised if people other than streamers no lifed this shit and got everything done since the wiki is still being worked on which is a valuable resource
I can barely function without it most of the time
I consider it not canon for the purposes of sanity maintenance but that's just me. Sides, 50% from EOD to Unheard is a decent deal in my book. Anyways we should get back to the actual lore
Where can i find the main lore of eft? Some searches brought me nowhere with like actual lore sources
Has anyone ran into black division yet?
Stop copy and pasting this message into every chat
there's a few good videos out on youtube that can be found with a simple search that compile everything we know from in game and also from the books/bsg youtube series'.
what is black division
They're on Terminal and no one's gotten there yet so not yet
PMC division that Terragroup uses
i always thought Cultists are part of Black Division
How does Tarkov lore justify members of USEC or BEAR killing each other?
Cultists were an experiment conducted by a group of elites. Black Division is a specialized PMC that Terra Group hired right before detonating object 1156 (The EMP). USEC were actually pushed out of having anything to do with Terra Group right before the EMP incident. Before TG even evacuated its top level scientists.

BEAR was created for the sole purpose of going after Terragroup and gathering information on them
terragroup*
in fact usec was doublecrossed by terragroup, werent they
From what I've found in my limited research, they seemed to have been betrayed by Terragroup in favour of Black Division since I'm certain USEC was not aware of Black Division's existence
You can find sources for some of the information in the novels. Translation was kinda poor, but it directly references Cultists being part of an experiment. That's why they have reduced body heat and no foot steps. The rest can be learned from in-game notes hidden in various places.
What are rogues?
Former USEC PMC's who banded with the Goons to cut out their own territory in Tarkov (Water treatment plant)
well, the vision was that there was just The Map, so some of the routes leading to the region would result you going there, most of the spawns on maps are on the outskirts of it, but some of them don't really make sense (like spawning next to the mountain on woods). Technically you could be already there when people are entering, probably just for balance sake on maps like Shoreline
A huge ass map with mines and stuff and needing to find routes would be cool but spaghetti code would blow our computers up
you need to go visit prapor and the dialog option should be there
So, are players who haven't reset their saves currently unable to obtain the maze access card? The previous doctor mission exchange task and unlocked recipes were deleted, as were the recipes and tasks of the clothing merchant. Without resetting the save, it's impossible to access the story mode and obtain the key card from the hunter. Was this an intentional update or was this oversight when deleting the tasks?
In order to access 1.0 content on PvE, a reset is required. I don't know how anyone could miss this or why they would not want to reset their PvE profile but it's whatever
so if i linked my steam account and bought the escape edition from there
do i have to install the game from steam to get the expansion
Do they moves around maps?
Wait do people have to reset their pve saves every update to access content?
(I’m new lvl 5 first ever character)
No
Rogues do not, the Goons (the boss trio) do, granted, depending on your version (PVE and PVP), they may be present on any map
Oh was it just for 1.0 official release?
It’s because the new story chapters require you to do the tutorial, which you can’t do unless you reset
oh i see
RIP to people who had good saves
hey i need help. i was gonna open the armord case, and the power in hideout cut out and i lost the case, tips? i lost the jammer and the case
It is like every time, no matter how much advantage I have, if another player rushes me, I will 100% lose
What the fk is going on
The other guy has fractured leg, screaming while he is running, and maybe even bleeding, I take off corner, lv4 armour, bp ammo. STILL I LOST.
average eft lore ^
sry I clicked the wrong channel
Do you think Terragroup was responsible for the EMP blast shown in the story trailer?
most likely
All signs to point to Terragroup
Gotta be, my thaughts is a last ditch attempt to exfil some of their people left in the confusion as well as to destroy potential incriminating evidence on what they were doing?
Something like that
Someone ran into them on Factory right before the update.
Was my thoughts EMP wiped out all hard drives as they couldn't hold back the attack.
The reason the US is always the good guys. They are fantastic at covering up when they aren't 🫠
but isnt terragroup british
Honestly I feel terragroup is tarkovs umbrella corporation
It would be cool if the factions ment something tho
As a usec you should be trying to cover up any evidence you find n bear should be trying to expose terragroup
Agreed and you should also work together in raid with other friendly PMC faction's
It would have been the case BEFORE the EMP thing.
Now, everyone's blocked in Tarkov and want to escape.
Guys, are you facing weird acting of checklist in "Batya" quest descriptions? Like for example it says "Visit Ryabina", you go there, loot every quest item, read them all, but in quest description the goal is marked red now. Same with next parts of the quest. It doesn't actually blocks me from completing the quest, but just looks weird and give me the feeling that some optional tasks are missed or failed and I might miss some lore 🙁
Yep, some completed optional objectives are marked as failed for me.
Another example is "Voevoda's belongings". I know what it is - ||his recorder and an audio diary|| - i know where it is. I looted items, checked them in raid, survived and succesfully extracted. But in "Batya" quest it marked red, as failed 🙁 In the same time, some of my friends did the very same and their quest shows this subtasks as completed
Probably just inconsistent
lore wise do all the traders technically have the knowledge to escape tarkov with the new story introductions? if not, which characters would be seen as having the most power/influence?
Peacekeeper and Fence would probably the ones with most influence to leave tarkov
apart from Lightkeeper that i didnt count cause hes not really a trader but more an interactable NPC
Mechanic can leave Tarkov whenever he wants. He chooses not to.
Prapor is related to the overall incident. You’ll find mentions about him in several burned notes and the Kozlov audio evidence.
Yes and no ever played operation raccoon City? You play as a strike team for umbrella and your whole job is to go in and tie up the loose ends
Granted they had communications with overhead and we don't but still
can you explain a little more on both of those things please
is there any vids explaining who fence exactly is?
Just finished "Getting Acquainted" but it still says I need to gain access to lightkeeper. Anyone might know the issue?
That's when we'll get prestige in PvE.
Places in labs to look for the encryption device?
HOLY they nuked tarkov
WHY ARE THE ROGUE GUNS FUCKNING BROKEN
Is the nuke thing even a spoiler if we already know that cause of the game review questline
Nuke confirmed. TIGZ just beer game. Nuke did get dropped lol
So that's why I died in a raid??? The world's first nuke kills everyone currently raiding in his region
Noice Guy talked about that ages ago
Pretty sure the nuke is Terragroup
Apparently it’s the “bad ending”. There’s 4 in total
Maybe I'm misremembering the questline
Erm the bad ending for Tarkov not for you
4 endings in total, the one where you give 500 mil to prapor being the worst.
Correct, you escape and survive, but tarkov, and everyone else gets fucked.
but in the text game the protag's faction was a parallel of the cultists, and they were the ones that gave him the nuke scroll thing so apparently the ones tryna nuke the region are the cultists
is tigz ending the one where you get the city burning background?
Hence why I don't get it
Uhhh no that's Terragroup/Cultists
@little atlas yes, city gets nuked, you live. Also apparently terragroup brings about the end of the world. It says so in the ending cutscene.
thought the cult was the gloomy one?
Is misspoke lol. The “bad ending” gets you “bleak horizon” background
Somehow lmao
Nuke should be Terragroup not uhhh Cultists but yeah otherwise it's an alright ending
anyone tried acid green flares on terminal or smoke grenades? They work perfectly vs AI as long as you just afk inside em (Though if they hear you run in can sometimes nade or shoot a few shots blindly
anyone have a vid of tigz ending? wanna see this godforsaken city ||get nuked lmao||
whats this an actual warhead?
doubt it was that, otherwise it would have been a lot more violent
unless it had a low yield
idk ive just seen everyone saying ||tarkov gets nuked|| so idrk lol
the fighter jet might have had something to do with it but i dont know if its capable of carrying such ordinance + it would not release the payload at such a low distance
the ship was firing at something right before a detonation next to it but i struggle to understand what
had it been a mortar it would not have done as much damage
i have a video of it should you want to see it
the ending he got is cool but is there actually any info on the inner workings of terra?
like who the people are, names of scientists and exactly what they're doing
how they managed to end the world after the nuke
it does not say they end the world
how i interpret the ending is that the development simply allows them to further their political reach and achieve more influence on a global scale
since they can probably exploit the situation and secure their best interests
it sucks that we do not know much because tigz chose the 2nd shittiest ending
would make no sense to target the city
by russian forces / VVS (presumably?)
i assume the "utopia" ending will uncover exactly what they were up to and why they are trying to hard to stop us from escaping
i think russians are involved too otherwise they wouldnt limit their efforts
its obvious they are capable of large deployments
we see no traces of ISR or any other air assets throughout the game (of russian origin, at least)
weird
if its human experimentation specifically, it would be funny if they went down a zombie virus or super soldier route
like they discovered something along those lines
super soldier tehnically still exists, and would be consistent with the lore as we do have the stims quite literally
and sanitar exists
im only just learning about the lore but it would be nicer if there was more lore on terra themselves
their ceo, who works there, what their global goals are
why they gained so much power in the first place
there is
there was a megathread some while ago
cant find it now though
freom 2019-2020 ish
watch chronicles of Rhyzh + RAID
also read the books
i heard they are a mediocre read at best but they have lore
Wait so what happened?
large detonation within the city, possibly delivered by a russian airforce (VVS) plane (some sort of fighter get, Su-34 variant? something capable of carrying very/special ordinance)
There's hints. Ie Terragroup old lore basically says they wanted super soldiers and a nuke
Cultists are an odd one but I assume they either work indirectly via manipulation or are LK's/Fence people whom have their own agenda
Cultists are the result of a super soldier project. It’s in one of the books. Peacekeeper or his closest alternative is selling data on their capabilities to a buyer. The weapon is 1156, a non-nuclear EMP device detonated by Terra Group.
The 1st shittiest ending being?
People are guessing there is a cultist only related ending.
So it’s likely going to be some sort of cultist ending that has you destroy terminal or do something really “evil”
Honestly I feel it's something like that everything that we've got so far is pointing towards Terragroup is tarkovs umbrella corporation
Do we have any information on the final type of ordinance that was detonated right at the end?
Leading up to 1.0 or at the end after terminal? Because I haven't done anything with terminal yet. Gathering notes and completing story quests.
The very end, 2nd worst ending
Unsure. There's talk about Blue Ice being used as an accelerant to increase explosive yield. If I see the explosive, I can make an educated guess.
TG had been researching nuclear solutions but the device (or whatever method of delivery was used) seemed to offer a relatively low yield. It is consistent with a nuclear detonation but I would argue it’s on a rather small scale (and the initial phase seems neutered)
Could it perchance be some form of “tactical” warhead that TG had been working on?
I've seen notes of non-nuclear nature, but nothing that outright confirms nuclear. They are linked to various government offices. It would not surprise me if politicians wanted to scrub the site.
I should mention that the method of delivery appears to be via aircraft (Russian VVS Su-34 variant?) but it flew too close and thus I could be wrong. Also, the ship the PMC was on engaged a foreign projectile via its CRAM (whatever the Russian counterpart is called, cannot recall ATM). Something impacted next to the ship (unlikely to be a mortar). What could that have been? 🤔
Harpoon missile could be an option.
What has been strange is the lack of air operations by the VVS and the Russian elements in general
We see ISR remnants such as the USAF MQ-9, but other than that not much is present
Tarkov has a no-fly zone. It's being controlled to prevent others from knowing about what's really happened on the ground. Peacekeepers are only deployed to 'monitor the situation'.
And from Terminal we can (logically) infer that the Russian Government boasts the logistical, political, military etc. support to continue and further their operations in Tarkov’s AO
Not even military assets?
I imagine the USAF drone had been shot down before the actual lockdown procedure had been put in place
Politicians are the only ones who know anything is happening in Tarkov. Most of Terra Group was packed up and shipped out right before the detonation. I'm under the assumption that those Reapers went down during the EMP blast. There's no marks indicating being gunned down.
TerraGroup operated MANPADs/AA elements or was that someone else? Possibly Black Division?
Possibly but that would be quite the bizarre coincidence
Would be unlikely for them to be there either way
Though conflict had spread even before the EMP, Tarkov is still sovereign territory, or territory that belongs to Russia and thus an air incursion, even one of an unmanned drone is an invasion (and certainly a violation of airspace and international law, much to the dismay of current Russian leadership)
Unless it was a covert operation
America may have had people inside USEC who were feeding them back intel. USEC being a contracting company, they work for whoever pays up. Black Division is in-house PMCs. They mention that Terra Group personnel should not trust USEC contractors after being delivered to Shoreline.
Or could have been used as an asset/auxiliary force-multiplier for UNTAR forces and thus exempt from all restrictions?
USEC is comprised of Americans, that is a fact
I’m sure there’s informants within it
BD on the other hand seems to simply be an SMU for hire
There's no missiles or strike package on it. That means it was probably there for monitoring purposes. It's odd that it fell there. Reaper normally operates at 50,000. An EMP would not stop them from gliding. I'd have expected them to be out of tarkov territory altogether.
BD does end up engaging on TG personnel so we do know they are also hostile towards them, eventually. Perhaps payed by RF/Tarkov leadership or foreign entities, who knows?
It would most likely be The Unheard. They are a shadow group who are composed of various powerful people in different governments. Black Division might be directly beneath them.
I really need to learn more about Contract Wars lore.
~44.000FT (I use metres so I cannot be precise in FT), but yes, high enough to where it should not be affected by it (not to mention it should operate with EW measures)
Definitely makes sense
There's some notes in A.P.'s apartment when doing The Unheard story chapter. Might be more information there.
TG has certainly “collaborated” with other governments (most likely with the British, as they are from the UK, originally)
Could also be the same tactic used by the three superpowers (private MIC/research company that is actually a government project or manned by government affiliated individuals)
I will have to do it, haven’t gotten far in Tarkov due to my aging hardware
Anyone Else here who lost the Flash Drive for the final quest in the Story chapter: They are already here ? Is there a way to create another Flash Drive ????
hey whats up with this new faction im hearing ab
If nikita said that it could be a lie or it could be the truth
Nikita kept the story hidden for this long, I don't think he'd outright say "these are the bad endings"
Apparently you have to turn in all the quest-related items fro mthe other story missions to Lightkeeper, maybe he is connected with the good ending
Although Kerman rebels against Terragroup if i understood it correctly so his path might be good as well
ima dm you an image
Has anyone found the “best ending”
guys do i need key 314 or chek 13 key for any of the tasks needed to get to terminal?
Lvnmark is on that
Probably some others
Been confused about part of the storyline and was hoping someone could clear it up for me. If you initially agree to cooperate with Kerman and gather the "incriminating evidence" are you locked into that path or is there another choice to continue working with him or betray him later?
Supposedly you can persuade him again after initial refusal
I have a feeling we might need fence as well for a “good ending” seems pointless to have him suddenly talk to us at lvl 25 and then do nothing the rest of the game
You turn the evidence into Kerman. You need Lightkeeper to do one of the questlines for that evidence.
Ohhh, ok nevermind then thats great thanks for telling me
No problem
i feel relieved
I am fairly certain that is the good ending. I'm not aware of some other secret content that it could be.
Plus exposing Terragroup just seems like the True ending to me.
One of my mates has been bullying me for getting the bad ending since i went with kerman and he went with Lightkeeper, how the turn tables
You do still have to do LK for Kerman, you just don't get to skip to it like you do Prapor. I had to unlock Network Provider the old way.
I actually just now noticed, that all the side story missions are uncovering dirt on terragroup lol
Well, to gather all the evidence. Probably don't need to see him at all to get the Bad ending.
Yeah, it's all storylines about Terragroup or the Unheard. Seems to me like exposing them internationally has to be the True ending narratively.
Also it's the one that requires you to do basically everything
LK without the skip, 4.0 Fence, BTR questline, every storyline and every piece of lore collectible. It's the grindiest path.
I wanted to go blind into the story, but seems like i would have gotten the good ending anyway
Who else has gotten to Terminal I wonder?
Odd we didn't hear anything from the RU or China side of things regarding it
There were RU players waiting for the evac before the US got there. Everyone, including the Wiki New Content Forum, has been copying Sourer's progress/guides.
I think it's more like we just don't hear their side very often.
when mechanic needs the 40 BTC to unlock the case.. is that the bad ending he was referring to when they said "pay 500 mil or 40 bitcoin" ?
kinda hard to find any info on all of this
Nikita did say that. I just don't think it's really right. Unless there is some super secret content in here, I don't believe there is another better path.
i dont want to trust mr hideout cat but i guess its the way
I'm guessing he means paying the 500m/40BTC and not doing the evidence.
Since that would be infinity times less work
yeah thats what im assuming/hoping
Anyone know the options you get if your do or do not help Mr. Kerman after giving the case to Prapor and going through LK to get it back?
Seemingly I'm wondering if I'm the only one that went this route since I don't see any info on it =/
man i didnt fully read the 3 notes in zmeisky 3 room for Accidental Witness bc i needed to get out, and they disappeared afterwards and i can't find it anywhere online T.T
lore knowledge gap lol
are they in your handbook?
||if you give case back to prapor you pay 300m. if you help kerman you start on kermans path||
wow i just watched the tigz video, pure cinema, couldnt stop watching lol
he's pretty nuts at the game
I never imagined someone would escape this early but here we are. Man's made history
How good we talking? Like on the level of Desmond or Lvndmark or is he better?
for real lol, idk i dont watch either of those guys :D
I watched Tigz gameplay, I think Lvndmark is still better but Tigz is pretty good although there were some moments during his first run in terminal where I couldn't help but facepalm since he acted like a timmy
Keeping spoilers to a minimum, how did he fare against Black Division? I heard they were on the level of Knight from Airwingmarine or someone else who tested Terminal early
Black division aren't particularly "hard" per say its just that there are so many of them it seems from footage. I'd say they're close to boss guard level of difficulty but with better gear than guards.
As long as you play the typical tactics against Tarkov AI (Corner peeking)/Door way funneling they aren't hard.
Makes sense for them to be like a Boss Guard since having multiple enemies on the level of an actual Boss would be near impossible to manage. Black Division must have some killer gear and from the trailers, they got drip
I think i want to side with kerman and
Not side with the cultists, giving me the semi-good guy ending where i hopefully save tarkov, but die. Aint no way i’m paying 500m roubles and aint no way i’m gonna be able to complete all those side quests 😭 i think “fallen” is my best shot.
Actually let me also ask here, are Black Division exclusive to Terminal or will they start spawning randomly across the regions now since there is conflicting info out on that end
BSG and Nikita haven't specified that Black Division will spawn on different maps but it would be interesting if they did. But it also wouldn't make sense in my opinion since they seem to be only used for specific missions like retrieving critical intel and killing high value targets. Information on BD is limited right now so we'll have to wait for more lore drops
There's something about the cultists that interests me so I'm probably going to side with them when I get near the endgame
Just hoping to see the equipment and drip outside of one mission where we essentially end the game and can't recover anything beyond guide book info
If that even stays given it's the new way to prestige?
They would have the best ammo and plates so having it outside of the endgame mission would be a nice to have
Atleast as a persistent threat and high value loot, especially with no wipes
100%. Since the story mode doesn't have wipes, there's no real need to do aggressive balancing unless absolutely necessary and having more threatening enemies that could attack you at every turn raises the stakes and makes the already tense experience more interesting and adrenaline inducing
When the other mode with seasonal wipes comes out, it will be interesting to see how it plays out in the context of the story of the game and what kind of lore it may have
my question about tigz’s ending who was responsible about the mortar strike there is no way the scavs on their own got organised like that and with a mortar and who dropped the nuke and why (seems from the ending description Terragroup possibly)
how did terragroup get a pair of su57 tho? those aircrafts in the ending were russian
seeing tigz' doing the 500M ending makes me wonder if going kerman will have a different terminal scenario with less scavs or maybe cultists instead of scavs and less BDs
(also a different ending scene, probably without nuke)
yeah they were russian but why would russia nuke tarkov? in the trailers it was shown that the bears are after terragroup and they are evacing people it doesnt make fully sense they would nuke everyone
tbf, russia exports the su57 since this year(algeria) so maybe terragroup got their hands on these? idk, terragroup nuking tarkov makes sense but the aircraft used for it dont make sense at all
it makes even more sense terragroup can then frame russia and things go even more south cause it was heavily implied after those events things get a lot worse in the world
the only thing the ending explicitly says is Terragroup won
yeah hopefully we get those questions answered lets hope landmarks ending is the best
he doing the kerman ending?
(well, the one with all side jobs done)
yeah he collected all evidence and now he is completing everything else i believe
nice
something tells me kerman endings aren't so brutal like the 500M one
(because afaik nikita himself said the easy way out was the hardest one)
Is it possible to get savior ending if you die on the Terminal mission?
you have to restart the whole raid if you die in terminal
Ok that sounds… not very punishing
tigz didnt but who knows maybe you get the worst ending…
it gets funnier when you realize you dont lose anything you had in your pmc when you cross the door to terminal
cause in the trailer black division takes the armored case and kills u
nah, if you die in terminal you get a raid ended (kia) screen like in normal raids (you dont see what you killed/killed you in terminal)
probably yes but we dont know if this applies to other endings
im like 90% sure it does
something tells me the you get killed by BD and they take the suitcase thing is from Debtor (where you have to tell prapor you dont have 500M)
my hypothesis is you get killed on site or you are told to leave and never come back in terminal
Right my question was if you die on Terminal and reattempt it are you locked out of Savior
no one really knows but if its the same as Survivor.... then no you're not locked out, you just have to try again if you die
Having played against them: They're rogue on steroid. You can still "outsmart" them but if they spot you and you don't have any cover near, you're dead. They have good ammo and a good aim. They're reaction time is relatively low.
If it's possible, I do think that farming ammo/gun on Terminal is the "easy" way to get HL stuff.
Thanks for the heads up
I really want to see the cultist end as I don't understand how they're related to TG lore wise.
They appeared after the EMP.
Some say they were a TG experiment which explains why their body temperature is pretty low and others say they are former TG employees
Don't know which one is the most logical but TG has something to do with it
according to lore scattered all over the place they started as a TG experiment that went rogue
my headcanon says they actually hijacked Terragroup after going rogue
Experiments seems to be the most "logical" as they have a bigger health pool than "normal" peoples.
the Blue Flame was their way to get out of the shadows, they were around before that but didnt do anything in the open
Related to Labyrinth? I did finish the story line but I didn't understand it like that.
For me, it was related to "bigger" things (like the Labys bosses, for example).
So, you see the EMP as a way to "create their own world" or something like that?
Making Tarkov cut from the world, they can do their things?
Seems likely given they worship the EMP blast or the "blue flame" as they call it
the 500m was for the nuke no doubt imo
you know what
it fuckin makes sense
but then why are russians nuking Tarkov
It probably also affected them in a few ways but no way of knowing for sure
i think tarkov is just the beginning
nanomachines son
heard about this thing called russia 2028
I'd say Terragroup would probably do that since they did use the EMP on the region
russia 2028 IS escape from tarkov (and contract wars+hired ops)
its bsg's name for their inworld lore
i think that will be the next game
russia 2028 was cancelled years ago and converted into EFT lmao
you dont think they will make another game set in that time period?
100% chance they will
Maybe even use the same idea they had for the Russia 2028 game. Maybe they'll call it Russia 2028 or they won't but they will use what they learned from Tarkov to make it
My bet is they'll probably make it like Stalker but without the mutants and anomalies and use the bones of Tarkov as a starting point
that was the original idea(without Tarkov in the mix) tbqh
i still want to see norvirsk, we only have seen tarkov
because the region eft happens has two cities, Tarkov and Norvirsk
i looked back at some of the concept art for russia 2028 and it looks kinda like tarkov but in ruins
It would also be bigger since you would be exploring the whole of Norvinsk and not just Tarkov
My guess at least
imagine russia 2028 goes from the nuked Tarkov ending
it'd make so much sense
playing as a bear/usec pmc trying to uncover the truth of what happened when scavenging Norvirsk's ruins
it makes sense alot the concept art from years ago looks like a post apocalypse
I wonder if you would still run into the Bosses but it would be unlikely for obvious reasons
something tells me the bosses actually got out of tarkov before getting nuked
at least some of them did
theres also a concept art from years ago for tarkov of shturman looking at a nuke
That would make a lot of sense since some of them practically run the region so they would have the resources to get out of the area
tbf shturman was the cover character of tarkov for years
even before he got added to woods
i bet kaban and kollontay survived
killa probably did too
glukhar maybe did too because of his russian army connections
do you guys think that nuke or whatever it was in labyrinth is connected to the nuke ending?
His psycho brother probably would've either went with him or got left behind
I think the bomb in Labrys is the EMP bomb but it would be connected to some degree
i somehow cant imagine tagilla surviving the nuke, unless killa put a shitton horse tranquilizers on him to put it in a car
even if they survived the initial blast which would be very unlikely the radiation would kill them fast
Tagilla probably wouldn't go since he loves Factory but he does appear at Interchange sometimes so he does leave the factory at times which would mean he may go willingly with Killa but who knows
Death from acute radiation syndrome would occur within hours (likely 1-6 hours) due to catastrophic cellular damage. High doses (>10 Gy) cause immediate neurological and cardiovascular collapse, leading to death in hours.
and also the fact if they were within 62 miles of the fireball they could still recieve 3rd degree burns
Could Killa and Tagilla (If Psycho Hammer guy goes with his brother) have the resources to leave Tarkov before it gets nuked? Hard to imagine since they don't seem to have as many resources as the other bosses
Another thing to consider is the cultists. What would happen to them? Would they die after the nuke detonates or would they figure out a way to survive the blast?
cancer risk for life realistically and would probably get it if they somehow got through all of that
Even if they did survive, my guess is they would be heavily disfigured from the radiation but surviving that would be a tall order
i wonder what the other endings are aswell
seems the nuke one might be the worst one but we dont know until someone gets the other 3
killa is the guy organising dubstep parties in tarkov, he 100% had the resources
So the one Tigz got was the one where you survive but Tarkov gets nuked?
yes
it ends with you getting into the submarine before the shockwave hit
Damn
every thing goes to hell before the nuke though
looks like a all out war broke out with jets and all
So the other 3 would be die and Tarkov gets nuked, die and Tarkov doesn't get nuked and survive and Tarkov doesn't get nuked if I have my facts straight
I remember from the gameplay trailer that there were teasers for 2 endings where you die I think. One is getting on a boat and getting shot and another where you get merc'd by Black Division like in the Raid series
One would be "you get killed on the submarine" as teased by the trailer.
I don't understand how your death can be an ending if it's not scripted*.
You would see what happens before you die
Like with the submarine or the cultists (eventually?)
hovercraft*
The lore sure runs deep with this game
the Contract Wars universe has an incredibly interesting lore
100%. They cooked back in the day
And seeing that stuff make it's way into Tarkov is pretty good
I hope we get more stuff like another miniseries similar to Raid or another show like Chronicles of Rhyzy since they help to expand the lore
My man, you are cooking with gas here. It would look like Edgerunners but with Russian stuff
and less outlandish stuff bc its not scifi
Yes indeed. I can already imagine it. I would love if they made the story follow a BEAR and a USEC. Make it kinda like the trailers and that story arc in Raid where 2 soldiers on opposing factions work together to escape
Now how would it end? Would they die at the Terminal or would they actually get out? Can't decide for sure
tarkov is like cyberpunk, there's no happy endings
I was thinking the same. Happy endings don't exist in these media properties. Either both PMCs die like in Raid or one dies and the other escapes
Both would be fitting endings for a story like this
someone know how to avoid same ending as Tigz ? kinda got spoiled ALOT because it was everywhere on social media lol.
wanna keep the device or give it to prapor ?
We know how to get the best ending?
Has a “siding with cultist” ending been confirmed?
dont think so but i wanna avoid tigz ending, and idk if giving Prapor the device or not makes me go that route
If we go by the leaked ending screens yes, has the lighthouse in the A and cultist esthetic
Work with kerman and do all the story side quests
Giving the case to prapor or not does not matter that much but you should keep it
siding with kerman but dont finish all quests before going terminal (not confirmed tho)
Will that give me the ending tigz had? because i dont want to
Appricate it! like litterly all side quest not just kappa?
You dont need kappa
I know but you dont need to do all side quest for kappa
Side quests as batya, the unheard, labyrinth, etc
OHH you mean all thoose, ye im already on it! just gott get the device wanted to know before i did if that matter.
not feeling like going for a ending i didnt want to see lol.. so now i know one of the endings i dont wanna go with that one if that made sense. How did he get that endning tho?
tigz just spedrun the main quests for the ticket.
|| If you refuse to work with mr kerman you will be thrown back at Prapor and have to pay him, and thats the route it'll force you down for the Tigz ending aka the bad ending ||
there's an even worse ending than Tigz(in theory)
Will verybadscav or glorious get a diffrent ending to tigz if he finishes the game
Can we go to Terminal map just for funzies at some point or is literally you only go there for the very last mission?
I just redownloaded tarkov after a 2 year hiatus. I'm interested in seeing the changes and escaping the game for real this time
Thanks man appricate it! Not to much spoil there! Thank you! now im not lookin into this channel anymore haha
right now all we know is that its only for the last mission
But part of me thinks we might be able to breach it open through a different route/ending so we can return. As seen in the 1.0 trailer where PMCs break the terminal wall with a crane.
I hope we open terminal for regular raids, makes no sense having it in the selector if it's a mission only
Or having the yellow bar as a "Black Division incursion" where they roam one or two maps instead of the boss
Wait Black Division can roam other maps? That's kind of sick. It would be cool to fight those guys
I was mainly asking because of this. It would be nice to actually explore the new map as well.
Also what the hell happened to the 'Town' map that was once shown?
future dlc probably
Interesting. I didn't think DLC's were on the menu still.
I was under the impression they would pump out 1.0 and then start working on their single player game 'Russia 2028'.
At least that was the plan like 5 years ago lol
nah nikita said many dlc's for future release including [scav life] idk? what it would be about though also he mentioned maps events ect. ill see if i can find the post on x
I saw pictures before the patch, but I don't know if they're still are able to do that
anyone not able to find notes in A.P.s apartment at the unheard story? Im in the locked room but nothings inside
where the wine bottle on ground zero
also is it true that killa is lore accurate jew?
I'm interested to see the tweet. With that said, you can find lots of stuff Nikita has said over the years but never implemented
yeah but where is wine bottle pal
nikita stated a bunch of future plans on the tarkovtv premiere for release of EFT i cant post the link here but its on youtube
Find the liquor store and check every single shelf. The wine bottle looks just like the 100's of inanimate objects in the store
dude ive been in teraagroup building 5 times and still didnt see it
Wasn't there a suburb map at one point
wher eis wine'
its in the liquor store NOT terragroup building
sorry NOT
oh so above tarkbank?
I don't remember ground zero i barley play it
oh so in emercrom checkpoint then?
either way i think you shouldnt talk about the actual game in here, go to #eft-chat-2
this channel is strictly story
wine bottle part of story
gotcha there pal
There may or may not be one where black division catches you (it's in the gameplay trailer), but that may just be a reference to RAID since the guys are really tough, omg it's probably one of the "good" endings but I hope there's one genuinely good
yeah but wherre wine bottle
Since you do gather evidence for the good endings, and that was a plot point in raid
It would be very tarkov for the good endings just be that the city isn't nuked, maybe you can both get the evidence and tarkov blows up as a martyr?
SNOW???
SNOW???
SNOW???
SNOW???
WE GETTING SNOW!!!!
WE GETTING SNOW!!!!WE GETTING SNOW!!!!WE GETTING SNOW!!!!
WE GETTING SNOW!!!!WE GETTING SNOW!!!!WE GETTING SNOW!!!!
WE GETTING SNOW!!!!WE GETTING SNOW!!!!WE GETTING SNOW!!!!
WE GETTING SNOW!!!!WE GETTING SNOW!!!!WE GETTING SNOW!!!!
l00l
xd
Secret ending
At the terminal a snowfight with black division ensues, and it turns out it was a kid's play pretend
The end
Question. Is the Loot table as juiced as I'm seeing on peoples streams?
Last time I played BSG artificially turned down all the loot. It was impossible to find even medicore purple items
i would say it was turned up a little bit but the loot table has different percentages of spawning certain items

@gritty nimbus https://youtu.be/1HWnr6L2bEA?si=-aBES48LMJ7suUUm 2:17:50 into the video nikita mention's scav life dlc console version ect.
nah, if you gather the evidence but then dont finish the story tasks then you get cultist'd Tarkov
what is the lore behind this server crash?🤔
^^ an actual emp went off overhead of bsg headquarters'
hideout doors jammed, can't raid I'm afraid
ARE WE GETTING SNOW???
@gritty nimbus endofline was a confirmed map/dlc with a sneak preview also icebreaker map on the tarkov tv release @ 2:34:48 in the vid
ARE WE GETTING SNOW???
icebreaker map
oh boy, i totally want a map with a metric fuckton metal corridors and so much interior echo we will get tinnitus the moment someone throws a grenade
valid
so true man lol gonna need ear-pro meant to deafen you just for that map
ARE WE GETTING SNOW???
nah we getting bugs
reminds me of the grenade launcher
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6v52FwLemSg&t=535s
holy shit that was hilarious
Imagine copying and pasting other peoples messages for your own entertainment. Tarkov community toxic as always. SMH
Confused by the wording for the Blue Fire chapter, is the fragment at LexOs on Streets or Ground Zero?
It's on streets of tarkov lexOs
specifically (exact location spoilers)
||- Locate and Obtain the Device Fragment (chek 13 Marked in the corner box; inside LexOs closed area in a box on a table in the middle of the room) ||
||https://escapefromtarkov.fandom.com/wiki/Blue_Fire (there's an image in the wiki)||
it's speculated it's an evidence item since right after (slight main story spoilers) || you get a reward if you hand it to mechanic, so maybe you can save it for kerman||
is there a ground zero lexos actually or something
gotcha thanks. wasnt sure cause that same wiki page say ||"The device fragment might have been taken by Scavs of the cultists; I should check their spots on Streets of Tarkov and Ground Zero"||
sort of, the building next to nakatiki has 3 lexos signs on the side
severs arnt down we just finally escaped
somebody mentioned 0.8 update in #eft-chat and I searched for the plans after the update and turns out they finally implemented something after 7 years apparently

Personal quests.Personal investigations that immediately uncover the pieces of game plot. Who are the Unknown? What the Cult is all about? What is the Ticket? Why has the fall of Tarkov even started what will it lead to?
practically everything in the post was implemented except
Pre-purchase special exits in advance, before the start of the raid.
god that would've just been insufferable if it replaced a normal extract :D
I hope we can stop the menu simulator stuff after the story is "done" pretty much
Hi I saw a streamer tigZ he finished the quest to escape tarkov as a bear. Is the finish the same for USMC?
who is escape from tarkov
Heyyy, so no post escape content at all? Like why can't we have the After Escape chapter or expansion?
Call it Escaped From Tarkov
as far as we know there is no difference between usec and bear for the escape quests, maybe there's a difference we'll find later on since only 1 ending has been completed so far
Wow what an incomplete game
no, like player completion
opening the case doesnt matter for the good ending right?
did anyone chose to Keep the fragment of Item 1156 for yourself?
guys i cant ask kerman about the rfid device but the find objective is failed what do i do?
Has anyone kept the device for "Blue Fire" (instead of giving to mechanic)? J/w if it's an inconsequential decision or if it changes the story progression at all
I gave it to mechanic. Nobody has asked for it yet. There may be something with Kerman later.
I'm thinking about keeping it. Mechanic seems chill, surely he wont crash out like prapor
Ok, so i kept it and he was indeed pretty chill about it. But now he has no more info to give me and I have a new task to find another lead on item 1156.
@ebon yoke The plane that attacks at the end was a Mig 31
how long does kerman ignore you for after giving the case to papi prapi?
I logged in a day later and he gave me the next quest
word
use the time to gather the stuff for network provider 1
does anyone know if you ||refuse to work with kerman|| at any point it throws you back at prapor? I'm now at|| continue searching for terragroup evidence for kerman or refuse||, and I can't find anything that definitively says what will happen if ||I refuse at this point||
current info on this all i know is that if u refuse him it will lead you to having to pay 300m if you gave him the case earlier or 500m if you kept the case
if you refuse him i believe you can only get the survivor/debtor ending
refuse to dig dirt on terragroup pay prapor 1mil usd
thats confirmed
so is it known at this point how to get the good ending?
It's interesting to note that goon squad/rogues are on good terms with the cultists/lightkeeper and judging from the lore, they were probably lowkey aligned
order in chaos yadda yadda
someone got the "true ending"
who?
check dms
already?
its called for humanity
i cant even send links here lol
whats their name and is it on youtube or twitch or something?
thanks boss
the video is on youtube
poster is malrods
title is FOR HUMANITY
posted about 3 hours ago
It's on PVE
I could hide the text via spoiler but dunno how mods would react to that
still beat the game who cares its painful either way 😭
yes hes the first one to get that ending
i imagine a dedicated PvP player isnt too far behind
he also had to fight killa on that run to 😭 on top of all the black divison
damn killa spawns too? i remember watching tigz fight glukhar but maybe its a random boss spawn then?
random boss can be any is my guess
Hi everyone, do you guys see Black division or RUAF outside terminal in other maps?
ok im back from my bad after talking about tarkov lore
the lore master is back to answer any questions
there is some sporadic info saying that yes they do
however no one can confirm it
one guy is said to have posted a video of a single kill on factory
i believe its true
there must be a really small chance of it
kinda like ultra rare items in game
Tell that to the PVP crowd but yeah it needs yo be acknowledged either way
The fact someone got to the endgame this early into wipe shows how dedicated some people are to this game
The 1st guy who got it had to play for 10hrs+ a day he did it in 143 he or 134 I can't remember but 1.0 only out 2 weeks and has that many hours is nuts
I wish I could put 10hr days into video games and get paid.
Nope I get to go stand in a lumber yard while it's 12°F tomorrow yay! 🫠
Tigz got it before the other streamers and those guys are absolutely cracked at this game. I was expecting Pest or Des to get it first
Yeah tigz is who I was talking about the very very 1st
I never heard of him till that video personally. I follow Pest, landmark, sheff and willerz
The announcement message on the server was how I found out about him. Even Nikita posted about his victory
That's pretty cool.
I'm not that far into the new 1.0 story mode.
Are there choices you make during the story that determines the 1/4 endings?
I've seen Willerz a few times, I have watched Lvndmark a couple times, I have seen Sheef round the block once or twice and Pest is my main Tarky streamer
@mild roost same Pest is so informative I always send new people his guide videos the rest just seem to record themselves playing and not make to many fucked
I haven't done Tour yet, still working on Falling Skies and I unlocked Batya by complete accident when I was on Shoreline. I know there's a choice at the end somewhere where you can side with either the cultists or Kerman (I'm going with cultists since I'm biased) but I don't know of any other choices that impact the story. The side missions will influence what ending you get. That much I do know
I sent a homie of mine his new Raid series for 1.0
I don't really need to watch it other than when I am trying to complete side missions and other quests for the story
Ya I watch him prettt much every day at lunch
i rewatched the tarkov movie its crazy how we saw how terminal was gonna be 4 years ago 😭
Raid really set the tone for what we were going to experience all those years ago
Happens in the same fashion in a way. Hole gets blown through the wall and Scavs start coming in
In the cinematic where the two pmcs go to the port, whats in the orange terragroup case?
i probably didnt listen i mainly watched for the action lmao
If it’s a MiG-31, the warhead is likely a Kh-47M2 Kinzhal which is indeed nuclear-capable and thus is very likely what was used in Tarkov and what appeared in the trailer, flying over Woods
I don't remember. Maybe it was critical information or some experimental drug but I'll have to rewatch Raid to know for sure
Compromising information about TerraGroup
in the raid series there was an orange container the PMCs got
if its the same one we already know whats in that one
the USEC PMC says that, that specific container contains info on TerraGroups bio experiments
its a quick line but he does say it
so if we assume its the same one then its full of bio experiment info
bio experiments
ah, so its data about the Cultist program
Could be anything for all we know but it is interesting
yeh theres nothing that suggests anything to do with the cultists
we know that some characters and people in tarkov MIGHT have been test subjects
but we dont really know much about the cultists
sucks because they're probably the most interesting thing in the lore
honestly to me it feels like a spanner thrown into the story
feels a little bit random
although im sure they have plans to tie them into the story
but right now just feels a bit weird
this is the opportunity for their story writers to really test their skill
tying in cultist to a PMC war would be a challenge but if they can do it well then it might just become one of the best pieces of lore
Zryachiy could've been one since he's a cultist boss
yes and also lightkeeper
lightkeeper has ties to the cultists
and he has what looks like chemical burns on his neck
the burns could have been from anything though
also interesting enough in the offical artwork for gulkhar he also has the same burns
in the same place
COINCIDENCE i think not
Probably trying to make a super solider type program when it went off the rails
Knowing Terragroup, they would be doing that so they could enhance their Black Division PMCs
Man knows more than he lets on since he has heavy influence on some parts of the region
the stimulants are a hint to possible enhancements
In real life its not forbidden to use chemical enhancements
its just frowned upon
cause of side effects
technically speaking super soldiers are legal
this feels true
to me lightkeeper feels like a guy who connects himself with people to advance his own goals
and not out of loyalty
what the best video about the lore i know nothing and want a good overall
hes using the cultists for something i reckon
type in tarkov story lore and tarkov trader lore
the story lore video gives an overall idea of the story
the trader lore video is a bit outdated and doesnt cover all of them
ok thanks
It's solid so far
He don't have that vibe
as for his sniper companion
whos name i cant spell
i would bet lightkeeper either helped him big time or full on saved his life
i reckon mister sniper dude is working off a blood oath
some kind of debt
but to me he feels loyal to Lightkeeper
doesnt feel like mister sniper man would betray light keeper
Zryachiy's loyalty to Lightkeeper interests me
yeh
any idea whats up with his eyes?
has anyone got info on that
almost certainly a human experiment
He also helps Lightkeeper with a lot of stuff around Lighthouse and Tarkov proper
That's my running theory right now since TG did human experiments in Tarkov at Labs so it makes sense why he would be a subject
ok so hear me out.....
lightkeeper was a TG employee who became disalussioned he helped sniper boi to escape and then sniper boi made his own conections to the cult
then through him lightkeeper helped the cult
with the two remaining loyal to each other
but lightkeeper having his own unkown goals
it would be interesting to know if zyrachyie is only loyal to lightkeeper
what would happen if lightkeeper gets fed up with the cult
questions questions
And since cultists are likely experiments too, someone like Zryachiy would feel at home with them
exactly
i think he was the one to introduce light keeper
spending all that time in TG cells getting know each other
also theres dead bodies on the LABS map so something tells me there was a riot or breakout
i dont believe PMCs stormed that place initially
Zryachiy seems to have helped Lightkeeper set up his operations at Lighthouse and further his interests in Tarkov
yeh
which makes me wonder who he is more loyal to
i think if there was ever a rift between lightkeeper and the cultist i think zryachiy would choose lightkeeper
dude has that loyal to a fault vibe
He is a cultist boss but doesn't dress like the other cultists so that has some merit
yeh
alot of his outfit seems to help him in his sniper role
alot of foliage and natural colours
And he doesn't have those cultist symbols on him like the other cultists
yeh exactly
thats what makes me think that lightkeeper did something really big for him
possibly bigger than even saving his life
Helps him blend in which makes him harder to see. Some say he was a sniper in the army for a time
yeh makes sense
tarkov has like no red tape so its possible that he was taken from the army on purpose and tarkov officials turned a blind eye
its established in the lore that the city of tarkov was built for large buisness
alot of illegal stuff went on
and not just with TerraGroup
money over everything
When it was made into an economic zone, shit went down
so people being taken seems right to me
yep
think about it this way.....
elite sniper taken for his physical ability
to test stimulants
and other things
and because of TG influence his disappearence was swept under the rug
bruh can you imagine if that was true and we get a story of a BEAR PMC recognising him
would be cool
its said that BEAR is made up of elite army soldiers and spetsnaz
although truth be told not much is known about BEAR
we know alot more about USEC
USEC fought in the middle east as a purpose built PMC
and built a reputation of complete proffesionalism
which stood out due to the amount of crimes committed by other PMCs
Explains his eyes and why his vision is so killer, pun very much intended
yep
I saw that in a vid. USEC rarely got involved in controversy which made them appealing to potential clients
i have all parts of botya done but cannot locate where they got ambused, ive been to the place and picked up the things that spawn, their phone at the gravesite is not spawning anyone help X
we know actually a good amount about USEC
An RUAF soldier turned BEAR PMC recognising Zryachiy would make for a cool moment in a standalone lore movie of him
mate
absolute cinema
how many things are there in this world that would make great movies
movies that will never be made
although tarkov would either need to be multiple movies or a TV series
Someone floated the idea of a Studio Trigger style anime for Tarkov which got me real interested
im not familiar
i think live action is needed and to make it vicseral
that bathroom fight in the raid series was great
that was me!
Think Edgerunners but with Russian stuff and more grounded and realistic
i was really impressed how well the actors made it seem they really wanted to kill each other
ah yes
that fight in the bathroom between the 2 guys was great
just going at it
Great ideas from that convo
those two are great actors
ikr, it was quite the inspired talk
im very satisfied with this convo
It felt cool but it also felt real. Like genuine hatred for each other
it allowed me to speak my theories
exactly
Rare to find that in Hollywood
also that pistol shot to the chest
getting eaten by the plate
which is believable cause its only 9mm
who ever directed that series needs some kind of award
i mean, if they make another live series with the same people that did raid then theyll have something really cool too
Raid was one of the best live action series ive seen about a videogame
A Russian director called Anton Rozenberg directed Raid
ive never seen a movie or tv series where soldiers continued to fire into bodies to confirm the kill
well he needs more recognition
two shots to the chest one to the head, two more to the head once he's on the floor
kill confirmed
a whole bunch of really realistic stuff
yeh but when your in a fire fight you better believe your going to unload into the body
fair
theres the one shot where one of the bears is in the bathroom and gets killed instantly
but then the usec fires 3-4 more rounds
its a quick few frames
also the guns used werent just normal AKs which i was happy to see
Gotta make sure your enemy's dead somehow
yeh of course
alot of the BEARs were using AK103s
which was cool
and the director didnt shy away from western attachements
felt real
Some would've run AK-74s which are just as good
yes some were
theres a wiki that listed them
the main guy at the beggining was using a AK103
there was an AK104 which was mentioned in dialogue
and an AKS74U
and a few Ak103s and 74ms
also one dude in the first episode has a drum mag
although he drops it and its never seen again
yeah they went all out with guns in raid, it was really neat
Politics shouldn't dictate your equipment choices and I'm glad that wasn't the case for the Raid film
all of the weapons seen between the BEARS and USECs are in game
yep
politics should never dictate fiction
if you look closely the Black division was using unique guns
that arent in game yet
there was even an M4 style PDW
What I loved was how great the sound design was. Some of the Tarkov sounds made their way into the film which made me go "I've heard that in the game" a few times
oh yeh
there was a ro633 used by BD in raid? never noticed it
the first one was an ak reload in the first episode
I think I know that one
dont know what its called sorry
ro633 is an ar15 pdw in 9mm
theres a wiki online that analysed all the guns that could be seen
yeh thought so
but yes there was one
god id love the roro in eft
and some other unique ones seen by BD
what a cool weapon, insanity rof(around 1000rpm) while being an ar15
nice
also we saw some cool shots of USEC HK416s
which is my favourite modern rifle
just peak AR platform
famas still isnt ingame

you better believe i went straight for that quest in tarkov to unlock it
My biases point me to the AK platform since I love Russian stuff
give us the full auto version
im on the fence
i prefer ROF over alot of other stuff
so, the G2
yep
i dig it
I've run it a lot. Great gun
yeh
in absolute theory the HK416 should have the advantage in CQB
assuming they are using the same ammo
so many variables of course
mfw ak12 with the modernized buttstock
❤️
the EKO stock is what they currently use
Quick eft lore question are there 4 endings or are there some secret ones?
4 confirmed endings so far. 2 where you survive and 2 where you die
Since Nikita did say most people won't be able to complete everything in Tarkov, I wouldn't put it past him to include secret endings that even diehards will struggle with
I've used it a bit. Love it
Sleep well. Lore discussions are fun
So possibly a secret ending or 2 but only 4 100% confirmed got it so does that mean the 2 first players to escape both got bad endings?
gn flash
three confirmed escapes for now, both prapor endings and the good kerman one
and in the good kerman ending you almost get General Shepherd'd
Is that the bit we see in the trailer
Tigz got the one where you get out and Tarkov gets nuked
no, its not BD doing the Shepherd move
tbf in the good kerman ending tarkov gets bombed by thermobaric explosives
One is where you get merc'd by Black Division and another is where you nearly get the General Shepard treatment from a TG employee
not a TG employee but a member of The Unheard
What's the 4th?
There's get nuked almost get Shephard and last y get deleted by black division
Ooh interesting. Would they have connections to the cult?
So prapor has good/bad ending. Is kermans a good or bad? Or is it just an ending
I classify any ending where you get out alive as opposed to a body bag as a good ending
There is an option to side with the cultists but not sure which ending that gets you or puts you on the path to
Jeez so much to think about lol
And I thought Cyberpunk 2077 endings required thinking about
Iv been just giga side questing to try and get my level up. Bc after seeing the funny 500 mill I cried
Are there other ways or is it 500 mill 300 mill or 40 Bitcoins. Bc all 3 are well. That's a lot of money lmao
There’s already a ending where you don’t pay any money
All of them you need to pay something
40 BTC is cheapest
No
Yes… read the chart.
Debtor ending you avoid the 500 million and help lightkeeper and you never actually pay the 500 million
But you have to pay 40 BTC.
Bro where tf is this chart cause that’s not what I’m reading
The one you asked me to DM you.
Which if you read you would know that every ending requires at least 1 big payment
Yes, give me your red card.
18 roubles and a high five
Final offer.
How speculative is that chart
Lmao bold of u to assume I have one
