Anyone got tips for getting pmcs at customs fortress for capturing outposts?
Seems like scavs always win and the ones near crack never push past the mechanic bldg

If ur on shoreline for the event, they patrol around the gas station. Knight and Pipe are usually within 100m of gas, Knight at the back towards resort, Pipe on the opposite side on the street. Birdeye is a freak and I've seen him at gas, running by at tunnel, or in the field at the north east scav camp.

just early on if you do wipe, focus on the first quests, they are most of the time very easy to do. finish Tour when you can to unlock maps, that's how you unlock them after 1.0. Through the story.
Then just do as you want. gunsmith is a very easy way to get xp still
