i recently reset my account, now level 32 and ive just been using the mpx with flesh ammo for legging bosses and headshotting scavs and pmcs. a lot of stuff has changed since i last played, pmcs regularly have class 5 armor now aswell, when do you transition to higher pen ammo? i dont like relying on looted ammo as much so asking about vendor stuff. all my vendor reps are up to date for my level.
