Also no, Partisan is a boss who kills everyone who isn't fighting fairly, he can spawn on Customs, Shoreline, Woods, Lighthouse. He's pretty stupid but he can lay tripwires but if you hear a loud pop just run and you'll be safe. Just keep an eye out for a dude with a red hat
