some brief research (which you guys love to preach as the truth of the universe) says that the main advantage the nova pro has is ANC, while the cloud 3 is quoted for having better imaging and spatial awareness, so a nova pro is indeed only of value to whales, while the cloud 3 will do just as good for a non audiophile who doesnt know how to fine tune the exact frequency responses of their headset to try and match or outdo the built in sound imaging
