Taking into account the history of whenever Tarkov gets updated, and how the devs have communicated with us before:
Hotfixes are generally not shared with the community due to the changes either being superficial (AKA super minor changes).
A patch implies MAJOR changes had occured, and that's what definitely needs to be shared.
