The dialogue and Guide got updated with the new value, but the build is still the same, for Gunsmith Part 7. They did add the * note. Technically yes, it is updated as in the text, but the visual build is the same, hence the OP did not able to get the desired value to get that tag "suitable to turn in" to pop like before the patch.

toss multiple ones as they usually dodge/avoid the stun effect on the 1st one.

ground zero is an easier map to farm the kills on as well. try catching them inside buildings or underground.

My last two Customs raids have been absolutely wild

Was hunting PMCS and the Goons. Me and a buddy spawn in at big red then go underneath the bridge heading towards dorms and there's grenades being thrown all over the place from a PMC running up the hill to the bridge. Goons are on the road and pushes us while trying to fight PMC's too... luckily I got Bird Eye but Knight got me. My friend just about stayed alive but Scavs kept pushing after the initial fight.

That entire fight lasted atleast 15 minutes
