there are some quests that would take longer if you havnt completed the other, a good example would be Falling Skies and Unheard - theres a point in Unheard where you need to hear back from either Mechanic or Kerman, if you unlocked Kerman before that part you only have to wait 3 hours or so, if you havnt unlocked Kerman through Falling Skies questline before that you'd need to wait 12 to 24 hours and hear back from Mechanic

but essentially the only big thing would be have Fence rep to 4+ and BTR to 0.4+ and give Kerman all the evidence
