goons are a wild card honestly. most bosses stay in there area Ive seen goons literally run across the map because of how they roam and spread out then agro and re-spread out again they are complete animals

Usually the PMCs seems to spawn the other side of your spawn. But it happens that we get the spawns next to each others. Rarely in my experience. Mostly happened on Shoreline for me.

Ive seen a bunch spawn between the old coop extract and railway extract, an occasional few at the BEAR camp and scavenger camp.
A couple on the road between power and railway (either in the garage, at the advertisement tower or in between) and once a squad at the middle entrance.
Seems there are more spawns inside than outside and those inside are Killa fodder, makes that particular quest hard to complete.
