Not doing quest is a no no, since you need to do certain tasks to unlock certain things, mainly weapons, armors, meds, etc. and also it is a good way to level up + raising trader's LL (reputation) up fast

If not, you can find it in all technical spawn boxes and crates in Ground Zero & Reserve, or Custom (2 factories)

Black keycard is two uses per btc, that's up to you fam, it does yield high chances

If you need 40 BTC quick, just spam black, but you can try the Lab's office or director's room, which will require their respective keys. BTC can spawn there but not guarantee. Black card can spawn at least 1 BTC each swipe. In my 6 times swipe, I always got 2 BTC XD
