How am i supposed to max health level when im max endurance and strength. Now because im not gaining endurance and strength xp the only thing that levels health is vitality. The ratio is 8.13 points of vitality to 1.2 points of strength. At this rate when I make vitality in 2500 experience i will only get about 300 experience of health.

cultists dont really bother me. The smugglers and their cracked vision at night seeing me from 100+ meters away in the darkness with no nvg of their own on while im crouched with a sniper rifle and haven't even fired yet makes em more annoying to me.
