i used F-1 and Zarya and it worked for me (it was tricky but it worke like 30% of the time) i usually try with 4 nades to get them inside if it doesnt work i kill them and move to next gate but it only worked for me if they spawned at gate 3

Just transited from factory to labs and my 3 man team all went to separate raids on our own. on top of that one of our guys have ran no less than 10 raids and none of them have counted and he gets stuck in the first screen upon leaving the raid he has to Alt+F4 just to get through it, he keeps all items looted and his kit but it it like he lost it. anyone else having any kind of issues like this?
