my best tarkov advice is positioning is everything, if someone shoots at you, dont repeak that same angle, reposition and fight. wounds will feel like a lot of work to heal up, but as you play and become more familiar with the medical items, it will become muscle memory. The things to focus on are bleeding (light/heavy), fractures, and "blacked" limbs. Tourniquets and some med packs (IFAK, Salewa, CAR kits) can also fix heavy bleeding, but cost a large chunk of the duribility, bandages and medkits fix light bleeds, splints heal fractures, and surgical kits (CMS & Survive kits) can restore limbs.

The game is going to make you extremely frustrated because it will not tell you a lot of things, and maybe less in PvE will you experience a lot of very confusing deaths where you die in one shot out of nowhere; you will slowly learn that it was your fault that happened the entire time, but it wont feel that way. The more you play the more you will understand the nuance of raids and safe spots/never stand here spots
