1. no buying from trader (exception: can buy cases but only with found roubles), only barters
2. pmc/boss/rogue kill = can only take 1 item (e.g 1 plate, 1 mag, 1 attachment, 1 base gun (just enough attachment to remain holdable allowed) etc) from each kill
3. no scav, flea, selling to trader
4. no therapist heals or insurance
5. secure container can be used for space but if die must delete whats in it

it still feels pretty easy, I have survival rate of 90%...

RPDN is plenty good. Just make sure you have at LEAST lvl 5 plates in your armor

you can mag dump him with RPDN, and as long as you survive a couple of his shots, he will go down

If you shoot his helmet make sure you hit the top of it, not the front/face as the top of the helmet itself is class 4 but face shield class 6
