For quick answer, check the wiki. There are 2 keycards which you need, for the exfil one, it´s green variant (forgot the name) for the weapon stash stuff, that´s a violet variant

apparently there is a way to lock yourself out of the best ending if you don't do things in a certain order. Kerman will tell you it was all for nothing and you will be forced to do the bad/neutral 500 million rubles for Prapor ending, iirc
