I would prolly suggest to have a structured approach to it. I am currently pursuing the same dreams u say u have, and I went through what you're going through (it felt like a mountain to climb). Try to learn the fundamentals and become really proficient in computers and you will find your niche. For me it's more on the red team side, i prefer it, but i also have found other passions along the way. The best advice i have been given is to not skip the fundamentals

That 8 is stored into variable b (movl %%eax, %0)
Then, eax is squared → 8 * 8 = 64
That squared result goes into c (movl %%eax, %1)

EAX is just the name of the 32bit x86 register, literally Extended AX

up from 16 to 32
