Pretty new cert, I wouldn't count on it to get you a job. It has been made in collaboration with a few companies, but I saw a reddit post saying that these companies are not even hiring for the level/position the SAL1 gets you ready for.

The best you could do is research in your own country/area if any job postings have the cert name in the requirements. If not, then maybe you could go for more famous alternatives like BTL1, Sec/Cysa+ etc.
Check the job openings in your area.
