Issues with my dad and his medication, he has Alzheimer/dementia he has been violent lately, but today he threatened his caretaker and then me when I arrived with a knife, when I disarmed him, he said he wanted to jump of the balcony. I barely eat at home honestly, when i spent the whole day cooking, and honestly, when you taste every dish all day long you dont realy feel hungry either haha, but when it comes to people, its also depending, but most people dont appreciate it as much as they should, its just too normal for people by now to go to a restaurant on a saturday night, they sometimes dont see the people behind all that

German food culture is a bit messed up. Its not a joke when people say germans are effective, it realy feels like most people dont even have a relation to food anymore and just eat because they literallly have no other choice, thats why it feels realy unappreciated

On the one side its underappreciate by the people but also the restaurant owners are messed up. It realy messed with you, always working weekends, always working ungodly times and in the end you get barely any money for it because in germany thats just how it is, you need to hit the big leagues to realy make career, but to get there you got to work yourself to dead.

I have heard that being a chef is really hard work and can be stressing, so ig maybe it is good to do the passion for yourself and loved ones and find something else you like too
