Lulu prints domestically to whoever orders it. Lulu orders in Canada are printed right outside of Toronto, and they have multiple printers in the States, several countries in Europe as well as the UK, and I think they print their stuff for Asia and Autralia in Singapore.
The benefit of Lulu for me is I don't have to order stock, sell my printed books, and ship them from Canada. Instead I can have people buy the book from Lulu, they print it, ship it, and pay me.

Sounds like a good arrangement! Honestly yeah, if you're in Canada but your main demo isn't... not bad to partner with a company that produces in the states. CanPost is a nightmare and a half. Managing inventory is a whole nightmare on its own too.

Attempting to "clear" a megadungeon is also known as a suicide run.
When populated with factions, each faction should be enough to wipe out a party. Thus the goal of a megadungeon adventure is to go in, don't piss too many people off, get the MacGuffin, and then get out.
