Delaying test start time may prevent the reduction in sleep duration, which may also improve school performance. In addition, educational policies should include information for students about the impact of sleep on learning and of the consequences of reduced sleep duration.

My grandad passed away today.
Everybody cried except me. My mind was blank idk I was just not crying at all maybe because I was not very close to him.
My dad told me to visit him 4 times but I refused because of my exams. I kinda regret now.
My grandad had liver cancer. He passed away in morning.
This is the first time ever someone close in my family passed away. The people I used to talk to and now he's just gone.

He was very cheerful man. Always smiling and most optimistic man you'll ever see.
He also eats alot but still he was thin. Sadly he was kinda poor because his sons don't provide him enough.
Most healthy man ever, he walks every day and meet with ppl every day. The cancer was just freaking unlucky. It makes me more angry than sad.

He was diagnosed on 7th August, and from that day he was keep coughing and vomiting. Cant even drink a glass of water unless with a spoon.
He was irritated by everybody in last days sadly.
He visited my house on 2nd August, before we know he have cancer.
I once saw him sitting on chair and watching sun set for 3 hours. I thought he was like reminiscing his old days, very deep eyes he had.
He was 78 years old. At least he lived very old enough because average age in Pakistan is 67 years old.

I was telling my dad that look at positive side that he lived till 78 years old gotta cherish that.

I'm glad at least on last days we both were having fun and chatting more than usual I did with him or ppl in general.

It was unfair I've to say but that's life ig.

What a life he had. He once got under the truck in saudi Arabia and his legs were broken and were replaced by steel metal. It was real steel
I've touched it.

Once got shot three time in chest from a robber but survived.
It was a sad day for me. Idk what to make out of this.
I was questioning meaning of life whole time.

I gotta face one day that my dad will pass away and my mom but idk if I can handle that well enough.

This is where non-profit organisation and social businesses come in play. Is there anyway to raise funds or alert some social grp abt the matter?
