Honestly. I feel you on this one but some things that have helped me is figuring out why i am actually waking up early in the morning to study and etc. Having my own personal goals or reasons why i am studying helps me sit in one location to study . Try the tomato timer method. If your attention span very small as you said. Set the timer to 5 mins of studying. Any subject your taking. Remove any distractions that may use you to lose focus like social media, pinterest, netflix, games, your phone and put your phone on silent. Either keep your phone away from u or use it as a timer and turn your wifi off. By turning off your wifi and keeping it on silent atleast now a good amount of distractions will be taken away .Some people believe in praying before studying you can try that and see if it works for u. Keep water and some snacks near u as u study. Helps u sit in one place longer.
Another thing that personally helped me is understanding that not everyday or all time. You will feel motivated or want to read but read anyway. It helps in the long run. Sometimes just looking and passing through whatever your supposed to study helps u in the next round when you actually try to understand what this chapter or lesson is about.
Other times you actually need to rest as in a nap before trying to read again. Getting a good night rest is important for you being productive the next day or the few hours from that said time. Personally for me. I take a 2 hour nap from 12 mid day to 2 pm then take lunch then get studying again. I noticed taking that nap works wonders for me in keeping my focus but do what works best for u and your body remember. We all work differently from each other so figure out what works best for u.
Planning out. What you want to achieve the next day. The night before also helps you out the next day. Gives a sense of direction , clarity and etc.
Create your own personal time table that works in favor of your up coming exams. Whether MAY/JUN or OCT/NOV.

TIC TOK and pinterest for me are where i can spend hours for me so when studying leave those apps during study and breaks .Use them after your done studying for the day.
Another thing that worked out for me. If you do use pinterest. I started saving and created a board for motivational quotes to study or do what i need to do and they helped me out alot because i use them as my wallpapers so when i touch my devices. I am reminded why i study or i push on. (Which also comes back to your own personal goals u want to achieve for yourself and no one else.)

Tip number (idk lol) you don`t always have to study using one method. You might get bored and disinterested so try different study methods, reading, listening, testing yourself, teaching others, watching youtube vids based on the lesson or chapter, reading out loud. The list goes on. You can also try moving from one place to another when you feel like one place is making u feel tired,bored or etc.(For example. If you where studying in your room and now your feeling bored. Move and studying in the dinning room.) Try to avoid studying from bed because your most likely gonna pass out and not study at all.

Just sleep at 9 bruh
wake up every day at a specific time , so lets say 8am u must wake up , u set up multiple alarms or have parents wake u up but ur aim is to wake up consistently at a specific time. This will make u more tired initially but within a week ur body will adjust to the new sleeping time and will want to sleep 7-8hrs before that , this is how u fix ur sleep schedule , u make a routine and stick to it.

Yeah ik it can be really frustrating and super confusing but after tons of practice doing past papers and watching YouTube videos from ET physics and I am sure it will become easier
Since we have only a month you need to work really hard though but not so much that you actually burnout and get so stressed that nothing gets into your head so I would recommend studying with a clear mindset stress free and you will be happy with the end results

How to be calm before the storm?
i usually just think about good things , things that bring me comfort , i watch comedy shows i love or cartoons i always enjoyed to bring me some relaxation , talk to ppl i love talking to about other nice things , and just stick to my daily routine and chill yk

That's a great way too! I also used to calm my nerves this way but as I'm getting older Idk why there's a voice within me that makes me feel guilty for giving some time to myself, I can't even sleep peacefully and I get up so many times in the middle of the night only to find myself hating on my choice to rest rather than do sth productive or basically anything other than relaxing
I have to manage so many things at once so my sleep schedule is all over the place and although I love doing all the different projects I'm enrolled into but sometimes I end up having so many bad panic attacks when I can't get them perfectly done
I do allow myself to make mistakes and learn from them and try not to repeat them again but when I do simple things wrong...it initiates a war in my mind
I know I have the strength to manage everything, all I need is to relax and trust myself but it becomes hard to do that when a part of myself is at war with the other

i’ve been having bad migraines for the past consecutive days and i did things to reduce it and taking ibuprofen and advils for it but it is still there and its bothering me so much rn bc im abt to have an exam in few days but this migraine is sort of preventing me from studying my fullest potential. maybe this is bc of stress levels and i have other problems as well bc you know ppl can be cruel sometimes but i try to put that aside rn. so if its nothing to do with medication, what other alternatives i can try? i dont know
Dont take too many medicines only take it when your migraine is at its worse since that can be kinda bad for you
Try taking panadol like 2 tablets
Make sure youve been eating well dont have too much sugar and junk food
Get alot of sleep take naps when you feel worn out of studying
If the exam your having really important or is it an internal school thing?
Dont worry too much about it if its internal its only 1 exam try your best on it but its not the end of you just remember that
Your health is over everything youve got you can always retry on another test
Try going out for some fresh air maybe to the mall to the beach to take your mind off things and to make you feel better go out to dinner its always good to treat yourself

If it helps you mute the people that may be bothering you if its over text dont talk to them keep your mind in other things for example studying maybe taking breaks in between watching a funny or interesting video
Think of those people being the last care you have in the world because they just wanna let you down make your headaches worse cause you more stress and distract you and you are NOT letting them do that okay??
Try taking warm showers too
So they calm you down make you feel fresh and relaxed
It also kindof gives you a sense of starting something with a full peaceful mind
Stay near the things that make you happiest
If you have a good friend that you feel comfortable around and can potentially study with do that
Eat alot of fruits make sure you get your fibre and source of energy from it eat alot of veggies if you dont like fruits
Dont try to target studying to your fullest potential while feeling so unwell just make it a target that you need to study
You need to study as much as you're capable of CURRENTLY

I advice going to a doctor for some proper migraine medication believe me they get worse and the main cause is stress and yeah ik people are cruel I get where you are just get the proper medications and the pain will reduce drastically

ehe its hard to do this when i face long hours of studying and work bc this leads to my irregular eating habits and and when u study for such long hours u can be mentally exhausted which leads to craving for so much food for energy
maybe, this will be last thing i do bc its minor problem and its expensive for a check up. maybe all they will just give prescriptions or fluids if ur not properly nutritioned
I get you but try cutting up fruits and stuff and hving them it makes you feel better knowing your eating healthier and its a good light snack but also dont hesitate from ordering a burger for example to satisfy your cravings

Getting such little sleep will completely drain you and take the smallest bit of energy left in you even that it'll be even harder to study and cope with this headache
I think you'll benefit alot from more sleep ideally
noo this isn’t intentional 😭 im a med pre-clinic and i have long hours of lectures and some are early in the morning even. on top of that theres extensive studying and so much clinical rotations and practicals to do im abt to be sick
everyday i take 2 shots of espresso to get myself energized throughout the day

this is proper medication from what i know, but it only works temporary since what im taking is NSAIDs and only helps to reduce inflammations but migraine is like a very complex condition so yeah again i dont want to pay so much for a visit and check ups

lectures & clinic works are like school duration so it takes up 7-8 hrs for me, extra studying would be like 2-3 hrs, doing hw assignments could take up 2-4 hrs, and then i gym sometimes and it takes 2-3 hrs total from like going out and stuff
i have like chores and other things to do too 😞
Why dont you plan out your chores for the week and do them specific days so you keep other days free
idk how long i can keep up with this lifestyle with a below average sleep hours
maybe i wanna drop out if i like decide to quit or pass out or smthg

idk how i can do it if i have to wake up at 5 or 6 everyday
Go through a deep cleanse of your room after you finish this exam of yours
Trust me it'll make you feel so much more relaxed
A messy room could add on to your stress and tension
Organise everything and put things in the right place and try to avoid having things in front of you as much as you can organise them in drawers etc and only keep your important stufff
It'll make it easier to clean too
Keep fruits cut up for yourself so that you can grab them as a snack and eat them and keep veggies cut up for whenever you need to cook so its easier
Meal prep is a good idea too especially with a tight schedule
It saves you time from having to cook
Wake up at 5 everyday at 5 but try going to sleep early
If you spent a fixed amount of time on everything starting from 5 in the morning

Waking up at 5 and being busy for a maximum of 18 hours
Your only left with 12-5 to sleep
by 10-11 pm but if i have extra work to do or group projects it could take up to like 2-3am 💀. and usually the day before clinical skills i have to study and remember the following examinations we're abt to do so that doctors wouldnt be pissed at us

I HAVE NO MOTVATION TO STUDY, exam szn just hit i am way to anxious to study knowing even if i do read now ill still fail so whats the point of even trying anymore, last year i was pretty psyched about exams because i had a goal in mind. A goal to study abroad a goal to study the course of my choice. Fast forward a year later my parents tell me they cant afford to pay to study abroad despite giving me all the false hope and the little motivation that dream of mine i had, the reality is no matter how hard you work or study no one is gonna give me a full scholarship at least not in todays world which is ever so competitive, you may be thinking im just a self-entitled kid who thinks going abroad is everything maybe i am but i cant even study the course of my dream in my country. the uni requirements arent even that high to get in i have to rewire everything i know to pursue a 4 yr degree hopefully get a job out of it without having to do further education after that work a 9-5 job that i am not passionate about or be homeless.I dont want to be a burden to society or my parents i don't want them to ever think what was the point of him being born at the same time studying feels like a waste because i have all these jumbled-up thoughts and 0 motivation to study if i dont even need good marks at the same time i am afraid of failure i dont even know why i wrote this out maybe to garner pity of empathy or even sympathy but if you read all this thank you for hearing my thoughts.
One thing u gotta have in mind is
Do your best and leave the rest.
You don’t know what the future holds, but you have control over your action now, opportunities will come so get the tools to welcome nd manage them, and the tools for now are ur exams nd studies.
Your mind is playing tricks with you, last year I was also anxious and had many thoughts like urs such as “it’s too late what’s the point” , but in reality it wasn’t even late at all.
Stressing instead of studying.. I did get lowkey good marks but I could’ve worked harder and not stressing over it rather than take action.
Doing ur best is all that matters , it’s not only doing ur best just because u want to get into uni and get a job, but rather if u try ur best despite those thoughts and all, that’s one step to ur own personal growth, this is like a crucial time to learn to do it regardless of how you feel and what thoughts comes in.
If you can’t fight those thoughts and see the end of the tunnel, then some other life challenge will come ur way and will make u feel the same way, so tackle it now, so that the next time, you know how to manage such circumstances.
deep down, you already know why you have to study, and if you were to write down the pros and cons, studying and get good grades is always better than not studying.
You want me to tell it to you? Studying will never be a waste, stop giving in to those intrusive and useless thoughts, such thinking wants u to fail, don’t give in to confusion, get up, plan , study and stay on track regardless of how u feel.
When results come out after u tried ur best, then perhaps wonder if it was a waste or not. Which I don’t think ull think “oh I got good grades, what a waste”, nah.
About the uni, dream and all, all of this will get better and ull figure it out later on, focus on seizing the opportunity to get good grades now, it’s a one time chance to study you know.
In that way u won’t think “if only I tried my best…”
Make the best out of what u can do now, and leave the future. It’ll come either ways.
But this time won’t come again
Also don’t burn out urself, don’t doubt urself, u can do it
Don’t question why u should get good grades, rather question the consequences of not trying ur best.
This is not a “I have to get good grades” situation , this is u battling those thoughts suggesting u to do otherwise than what u actually want to achieve and if u do ur best regardless of such emotions and thoughts, u will rlly have a good development of character nd will understand how such thoughts don’t have any power, you do, not them

They fear facing the actual hard work, and would rather attach to the “what if” than actually work hard and see the actual results, because the fear of “what If I work hard and … don’t get what i want” comes in, so they run nd procrastinate, but that’s another issue that u should still work hard because who said u won’t get what u want? Have u tried it?
even if u dont get what u want , ull still feel fulfilled coz u did ur best and because u don’t need to wonder “what if I worked harder” which hurts more, u can move on and do what’s next while being proud of urself still nd accepting.
I believe that if anyone tries their best and work hard, ull get what u want, maybe not right away, but one day when the time is right.
