lmaoo u sound traumatized 😂
damn , are u giving exams this year or nexT?
I gave my AS exams in feb got my results recently I’ll give my a2 exams in feb next year
Guys is medicine in Canada worth it
I will still do it if u say no but like
Yes
Or any other option besides uk
ohh icc
whatd u get in as?
all A’s
Hmm doesn't seem so bad
Dammm thas greatt
there’s nothing better than an A in AS😭
wait no A*s?
the max you can get in AS is an A, in A2 it’s an A*
o
o
yeah lol
guys i take 9 subs in igcse: math, fle, chem, phy, business, accounting, ict, urdu, islamic
i wanna do a major in CS. i will take cs and math next year for sure
what other sub shud i take
Is someone here from Pakistan I need a genuine advice...
i am
Ok so I am going to give A2 and AS combine this year and I have Phys Chem and bio as my subjs...how should I start my preparation like I am repeating I know many things but I cant get that much confidence...
I wanna get into med gov uni but I have heard its not easy to get into one if I have done A levels plus my some O levels grade are not that muuh good enough...
well if ur O levels are not that good, u need great a level results, ccause in med schools, some percentagee is generally deducted if ur giving international papers, and try usuing online resources more, like yt cognito, TONS of past papers
ive heard a levels math is really hard, i dont think further math is a good idea
im looking towards taking like business, econ or something easier like that so i can chill a bit
I think they're blowing its difficulty out of proportion
integration???
it's really simple
either u are really smart or what ive been told is cap
further math may be difficult yes, but it's nothing that isn't achievable
idk
sure
Is A levels maths harder than chemistry
i mean it depends, my classmates dont find as/a level math hard but i did (i got an a* in math for IGCSE for reference). A lot of factors come to play (like with any sub) cuz my math teacher in school was fucking ass so most of my friends took tuitions outside of school whereas i didnt so yeah
if u think u can pull it off tho, taking fm is the best bet, especially if you want to apply to elite universities
the thing is ill be studying on my own or with a personel tutor so i really doubt i can do FM
I learnt all of my a levels alone, it’s definitely do-able
My teachers were really genuinely useless
thas why u chad
u are really smart then
relatable
Not at all💀
Can you share the resources u used? My teachers are fine, but sometimes, hard to approach
bilal hameed is the og
alt academy yt not available?
oof :(( thats really sad tbh
Fr
can u send the link pls
I don’t remember what the link was anymore tbh lmao
didnt u save them?
hey peeps
i am an aspiring dude tryna go for intl relations
which colleges do yall suggest to go for?
Im trying to get a scholarship
and any place apart from india and the uae (where i am right now)
Ah
yeah
Is there any other things lol
like?
i dont want it to be too financially burdening my parents
and i want to be in an environment where im pretty much welcome
I see
Idk tbh lol ig depends on how much your parents make too
But I suppose
Some great universities for that
Ivies obvs
Harvard Penn Yale
UChicago great too I imagine
Huh?
10k dirhams a year?
no
Or what lol
Ah
Damn Raw is here
Yes
We had intel suggesting that our ex-agent Pathaan was here
We are deep undercover
And we cannot blow our cover
Uhhhhhhh but he is giving 10k for uni
Which imo is too low
Around 2k dollars
For tuition only well you can find some European unis in that budget for that cheap
And they sometimes do give scholarships butttt imo dont put all your hope into scholarships
Cause they are rare and you just said your family income
Anyways ivies are expensive really expensive
But you can try for scholarships in America because they are usually very generous if you are an excellent student with a good amount of extra curriculars
What abt scholarships
They help a ton in this case
priorities
If my a level grades are average can i get good universities by giving the SAT and getting good marks in it? (I have a B in Physics and other subjects i just gave in may/june screwed up maths not expecting much)
It might be tough, you can talk to the uni itself of they are taking in your application
It might help if you be persistent but not stingy
Guys, if anyone is planning to do a physics major at uni, dm me. I am gonna do a physics major and it would be good to have some people to get help from or offer help
ig its better to decide which course you want to take before looking at the universities, or the money factor
I'm thinking to pursue law
What subjects are recommended for AS and A2
I heard subjects don't really matter? And u mainly need good grades?
Bless me with the knowledge 😔
Hehehehe thats good idea
Subjects do matter 💀
Check what the unis requirements are usually
Then take those subjects
Just go through ur colleges or unis first and then decide the subjects that are common for the unis and then have any add on subject of you need to get into a specific university and they require the extra subject
Which country are you planning to pursue it in?
Hii, I have no idea on what I want to study in uni so I though I could ask for advice here. I'm currently doing AS level and my subjects are: English first language, Biology, Chemistry, Maths and IT
It's okay we've all been there! Tell me what's something that you really really enjoy doing/studying and you don't feel tensed when you do it? What is that one interest that feels natural to you? Could be more than one too but try listing it
what kind of careers can one do with physics, chemistry and biology but involving less of chemistry
My school or main schools here offer math bio chem physics accounting business computer science and economics only I haven't heard about other subjects so idk what to choose
UK or Australia for now
I don't have much idea about the subjects needed for law, but if you don't find any subjects at your college then you can try doing As and A2 as a private candidate
ah okay
Guys, do medical uni's require SAT test results? Or do I have to give MDCAT aswell as SAT? I just got free from my AS exams, so I was thinking of giving SAT in these vacays, an then give MDCAT by the end of A2.
I'm not from Pak so I can't comment on MDCAT but as an A level graduate I know that SAT could help you get in med schools alongside A levels but generally A levels alone are sufficient afaik
Unless you're planning on studying in Pak which I don't know about
I applied without SAT to all unis
Some very competitive ones require SAT. Like it’s optional for most unis. Competitive ones like ivies have it optional too but it’s recommended to give it for a better chance of getting in
Yeah def
I think they only made it optional to make more money lmao
Afterall it’s a business

hi i need help on selecting my subjects this sem could anyone kindly give some advice
Shoot
Make sure whatever you choose is something you’re interested in. I’ve read a lot of people’s experiences that students have a hard time studying a sub that they did not like to begin with. You can develop an interest some time later but it’s better to choose something than to study something that is unbearable for you
.
Hi everyone
I’m stuck between choosing subjects for Alevels and with the research i’ve done, i’m still unsure whether those i’ve shortlisted even complement each other or not
I decided on, or well narrowed down to, Computer Science, Economics, Maths and Further Maths
I need help in what job opportunities could arise by taking these and whether the country i’m planning on studying these in would employ me in having degrees in fields of these subjects?
I’ll appreciate any help i get!!
looks like a nice combo (dont take my advice, i know nuttin)
Hi so, I took 4 subs for my AS which are accounting, economics, maths and business but the 4 subs burnt me out really bad during the year so I want to drop one. I personally don't enjoy accounting, and I want to major in either econs or business. So will it be okay if I drop accounting and take 3 subs for A2?
Or will it narrow down my future opportunities in other sectors?

i wanna do med in uni and i take bio chem phys maths i just sat composite maths literally last month and i am 100% convinced i got a B literally no way im getting an A do u think i shld retake it in october? ik i got 3 other subjs and i only need 3 for uni but like im scared that my other subjs might turn out worse than a B 😭😭is it worth to resit
Do unis require math as a required subject for med
Hi I’m a high school student going into my junior year. I need advice on what subjects to do next year. And also I’m thinking about doing three APs so thoughts on that?
Good evening !!, hope you are doing well. 4 subjects is a lot and too much burnout. Dropping the subject now is a really good choice because i heard A2 math is gonna be difficult. Coming from a science student, i personally think you can have good jobs w eco business and math . If you want to pursue chartered accountant or stuff like that then you can have accounting
yeah i dont wanna go in that path, but they say that accounting is a better combo with those 2 subs than maths
i enjoy maths more tho
u had accounting in class 10 right
yeah AS too
i think
that knowledge
is enough
if they ask in uni or so
i have no idea becausse i dont have those subs
guys can someone help her out too
if u dont wanna go in anything related to accounts
u dont need to keep it
maths is a p good option
yes
cuz unis prefer that
my business partner
i heard that they have some of it in econ and biz
u will soon dw
but ig my AS knowledge would be enough
those are easy chapters
thanksss tho
and yes that too
Gave +1 rep to Pr1th1v#8337
because the As we are doing its like more than the state board and ssc hsc as far as ik
been waiting :((
yeahhh
me too waiting
YES LMAO
np
wait we shudnt be talking here lmao
okk
come to as general
xD
thank u!!
Gave +1 rep to ~rania~<3#9883
med unis dont precisely require maths so the fact u took it gives u extra points and some unis accept till B's so thats no big deal but if u think ur other subs r worse, instead of resitting maths u cud resit one of them?
Bro why arent you confident in your own grades. I say just believe in yourself it will be fine and also a B is fine tbh to get into many unis but if you dont feel confident i would say wait till the results are out in august then think about resitting for oct nov if the grades arent good enough so for now relax and look for unis and also their requirements and pray for good grades rather than worry about your grades. I hope you do good
and i am sure you will do good
im scared of the threshold 😭 bcs i acc did maths 1 year early so i could do fmaths next yr but now im torn between retaking normal maths class or taking fmaths and i know fmaths is so crazy hard and i dont even need it but idk my parents rlly want me to take it 🫵🫵🫵 for pride i guess idk
Sometimes quora helps
😭💀
First you need to know what field you want to pursue after that it will be easier to select subjects
Can i get into CS
with Math, Phy and IT ?
yeah ik but sumting related to the course content would be a bit useful ig
Yes definitely
But some unis say they Don't need IT instead other subjects, so what should i do ?
What subjects do they require?
oh rly ?
Our school doesn’t offer cs so I took IT instead
R u in uni now ?
In most Indian schools students have to take 5 subjects
oh ic
oh ok noice
What subjects do you currently have
the subject that are there are Math, IT, English, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Business and Accounting
I find AS IT the hardest
I’m ngl
The thresholds are also super low because of that
oh ok
am planning to do math, phy and IT
pum?
I’m doing math chem physics IT and English as an AS component
ig u gotta stepup Alevels then dw you'll ace them
Are you asking what pum is or my pum in IT
oh ic, didnt ever hear that b4
what pum is
Thank you
Gave +1 rep to 20SHA07#3783
For an A it’s 80 to 100 pum
In AS levels
There’s no A* in AS level
Only in a2 as a combined result
what do u suggest i do in the summer to be ready for as ?
Pick your subjects
i did those
And study from the beginning of the academic year for AS level
also do we need to get tb fot IT
It’s not like igcse
The Cambridge textbook is useless
i heard hodder is good
fr same case in igs
I sadly didn’t use the hodder one but I’ve heard a lot that’s it’s good
is it ez ?
it's all practice ig
Yup
I didn’t use the textbook for any subject though except for IT cuz there’s literally no resource for IT
and also is doing alevels as a whole better ?
that's what all my seniors have told me
You mean doing AS level and A2 both
yep
aight
Are you taking stats or mechanics in AS
wut did u take ?
I’ve taken mechanics for AS
And stats 1 for a2
But that’s because the school forced me
oh aight
What country do you plan to apply in
UK
wbu ?
ryt
Mostly everyone takes 4 subjects
But it’s not ez
Even 3 subjects isn’t ez
Yeah?
Is taking alevels as whole Easier ?
I would recommend doing as then a2
Doing it in composite is way harder
Oh ic
self-study majorly, or teacher dependency?
self study
tech is so confusing
if computer science degree works for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software engineering well then what is the difference between these 3 careers if you learn the same basics? how do you specialize in the field you want after that?
a masters in what
thas great, and howd that go for you?
could be math or some computing related thing
most people who work in AI/ML have PhDs or masters at the very least
see this is my question, it seems like the studies are way too general and it doesn't make sense to me
not bad ig
alrr ic
tbf with most degrees what you learn doesn't directly translate to your work lol
it's the skills that you gain through it
yeah ig
i mena
they're related
but AI is quite different and more complex
- im not smart enough to fully grasp AI yet
ok then how can you get a job in either by learning the same degree if they're different
i get that u have to take courses on the side to be employable
but i've read things like only a little coding is needed for AI
then why the hell would u need a computer science degree
are you planning to go into AI?
do yk what a computer science degree includes
well coding?
no
💀💀
i suggest you gooverthat
Not everything is coding bud
there's much more than just coding
like?
there’re complex concepts in cs
are these needed for ai
Yes
A*s and A in math
literally everyone knew bruh
But I finally found males results
💀
I was like how
i think it all depends on the level of your knowledge and understanding of the topics
if you know them then it shldnt be too hard
personally i find it simple, ie for the ones i know
well thats for me anyways
@magic inlet 👀
It is manageable , not as hard as people say
wait did u also do bio chem phys at a2 or do u jusr have the roles
is it hard bcs of the subj content or the amount of info
I did 👀
They arent hard imo
Like bio is mostly extension of igcse content but way deeper
Kinda confusing at the start
But after a while you will start getting it
And bio has a lot of content btw
As for chem
It is actually kinda hard
Heyyy
Wannna do grp study session for AS bio edexcel
The organic in a levels is very hard but its always the same equations with different reactants so after practise it becomes natural
Can ya ask in #as-biology pls
As for physics which i self studied basically isnt hard at all
Its the easiest of all the three sciences imo if you are good at maths that is
Because physics has concepts such as logarithsm and differentiations a bit only so having maths as a subject will help with physics
But overall the three sciences arent hard just a lot info which you have time to revise
And with past papers you are set
@royal ferry
Oh
i thought you were giving as
Because a2 is way harder than as
i did chem phys fmaths maths
didnt do bio lmao
I did. Chem physics bio maths comp sci
Yeah i finished may june last year
Does architecture require physics?
It does yeah
Yes
yeah for my subs which were math cs chem and physics
So you found chem physics and math easier

Chem does get easier in A2
Maths no
Physics is debatable
what do yuo want to pursue after a levels
if youb havent taken econ or accounting in igcse its gonna a little difficult for you to cope with
business is still a little easier
from personal experience
yeah it is
wouldnt cs be a good option then
cuz econ also has alot of theory
yeah i hated chem in igcse
business was actually the easiest
again
without previous knowledge of the subject
its gonna be a little hard to cope with
look at the past papers and syllabus for all these subjects
that will help you understand the subjects better
i also shifted from sciemce to commerce
so yeah its gonna be tough
if youre decent at chem
that wiuld be a better choice imo
i did not take cs in ig or a levels so idrk
but you should
check the syllabus and thr paper pattern
Gave +1 rep to mikehockurts#1510
Cs is def not an easy option
Esp if you didn't do it in o levels
Yeah it's not an easy subject, you'll need to put in a substantial amt of time and effort
i did 1 semester of cs without doing it in o levels and i died bro it was so mf hard everything was new to me
i gave up lol and i dropped it
too mych
i barely scraped a B 🤝
no cs is so mf hard
esp a2
chem is hard but its still manageable
Chems hard bro
ok idk bro maybe if u did it in o levels it will be easy
but i only did ict in o levels so i was rlly starting from 0
you have to practice a lot to start finding it easier
But a level chem is a valuable subject
it’s recognised a lot
i did AS business class i ddint sit the exam tho its just a block of information its literally just memorisation
What do you wanna do in uni
A2 is mych much harder
bro
the question is like 10 qords and they make u write so much shit
and u gotta know how to answer the questions properly or no marks
do physics
fmaths maybe if ur school offers it
what do u like tho
ok tbh if u see grade statistics subjs like phys bio chem are easier to get an A* than stuff like business
yess but it also depends on what u like bruh if u hate a subj ure gonna be so bored studying it
you will prob end up doing bad
if u dont like it
It’s a normal thing lots of school don’t have fmath so students self study it as a requirement for uni
I’d suggest if you wanna do math, check the subjects requirement for unis
Igcse is nothing compared to AS
Check it on multiple uni websites
Btw
Us saying the subject is hard
Doesn’t mean you can’t do it
Cuz every subject in a levels is supposed to be hard
Yeah
Gave +1 rep to mjosh01#0
no
Tbh psych is a pretty good option if you want an easy a level subject
There's quite a bit to memorize but other than that its really straightforward
Ah rip
I self studied my whole a levels lmao
Anyone here going from IGCSE to NCERT??????
Psych is really easy to self study imo
Anyone from India?????
Hello me
Same
I am switching
This.....
What’s ncert
Like will it effect unis?????

National board of india
So like I am us citizen
Yeah I think we can skip the first exam
Wdym
Even I’m not giving my jee
And i will not go to indian uni
You in AS level
You just said too expensive
????
I’m in a2 now, my AS results came
Oh are you saying a level is too expensive or the university is too expensive
A levels and AS
Fair enough
I don’t think it’s a problem what board you’re in
Ok thanks
Gave +1 rep to mjosh01#0
Come in #university-choices🎓
Okay
IAYP program worth it?
does germany still has that language thing compulsory ?
Think so yeah
that u need to clear the german language test
What’s that
I think some of my classmates are learning German to go to Germany
same i did not T_T
is Germany your only option
nope, allowed anywhere just need to get accepted >:<
Oh ok
Not all unis and courses
I have seen many that don’t require german
It's a certification of international qualification of sorts
Yall a levels expensive af any tips to lower the cost potentially?
Become a private candidate and study from online resources
Also you can ask for help here and it's free 😌
Yoo didn't know that was possible thanks
Gave +1 rep to SUIIIII#9682
It is you just have to talk to a particular institution for it
And pay them the fee for examination and not the institution fee itself
Ohh i see btw did you take chemistry in as ?
No I had commerce but you can join the channel for as chem by getting the role
Damn didn't knew that too😅but thanks for the tip
Gave +1 rep to SUIIIII#9682
I did. And yeah self studying is significantly more cheaper it's definitely a viable option. I also self studied my a levels
The exam fees still are expensive tho so can I like reduce the exam fees too?
Mmm I don't think that's possible. You can try and apply for the minimum amount of subjects (3 usually) and select subjects that only have 4 total exams. sciences like chem, bio, physics have 5 total exams so they cost more.
There might be some organizations in your country that help out students in a financial difficulty, or you can set up a gofundme or smth and ask for donations or maybe work a part time job
Hey man which resources did you use to study physics ? I'm really confused on each topic and teachers not good enough
Et physics(yt channel), savemyexams(website)
U a lifesaver fr also if u know more websites and yt do let me know I'm desperate at this point
There is zphysics as well
Its a youtube channel
If it’s expensive to stufy at a school i would recommend doing the exams as a private candidate and study on your own using online resources which are there everywhere tbh at this point and only pay for the exam fees which arent as expensive as you might think compared to studying in a school
And if you trying to be a private canditate
Talk to some centers (institutions and schools) around you if they accept private candidates and you just have to pay for the exam fees which over here where i am is about 70 pounds per subject it is expensive but compared to a whole year of schooling its nothing
And if you are going the private candidate route
You can use this link
It has textbooks and syllabus guides and save my exam notes which are all paid but hehe we got em for free
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1t1WBQBWFOzE1Q3lXxmF_v-6M0-twN71D
Everything basically for sciences like textbooks and notes
And if you need any more help with studying and resources
Just dm me or ping me
I would be glad to help
timeless promoter of ZPhysics
Can someone pls dm me I have some questions (too many to write like this here) regarding like college and stuff (I’m a high school student) I’d really appreciate it thanks
I mean one exam costs around 150 dollars here which is a lot and practices cost around 200 dollars least
Just ask here that way others can also benifit
You a real one
yo for people doing electrical and electronics engineering degree
can you suggest some resources ( yt vids , books , online material ) so I can start glancing at the first year material as i already have the courses imma take for the first year like circuit analysis etc
it will be greatly appreciated :)
pgf hardworking
pgf doing this course? which university?
Ask seniors for notes.
Pgf is unable to doxx his university :)
But he will do so if AlexV shares his uni ;)
Yes I am doing this course in Sept
Congratulations and best of luck!
Home country or abroad?
#nodoxxing
Lmaaoooo
The motherland but imma probably go abroad for 2 or 1 year we will see how it goes in the future 2 years from now :)
That would be nice.
So you got accepted even before A-Level results are out?
he’s pgf
what do you think
@keen juniper sorry for le ping but can ya help this good gentleman?

Which branch of electrical/electronics is pgf interested in? Power, semiconductor, communications, information, computing, etc?
all i have rn tbh is what we r gonna cover in 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th year
Advanced Engineering Methematics by Kreyzsig is a classic for engineering undergraduates.
oh wow
methematics i see
but yeah circuit analysis seems nice
Yes. Engineers need meths. 😄
idk if i'll be saying that when the complex ones come but it looks fun
again subject to change^
hehehe
power seems like the least abstract though
and the rest seems very abstract
Abstract is good.
but yeah
Analytical.
yeah true
Did you enjoy waves in physics?
i'll look through some introductory yt videos though
wow
the guy said most of his students recently were employed by this semiconductor firm
Then you’ll like information and communication engineering.
ah nice
I just finished a module on semiconductor quantum structures and it was amazing
It was a 4th year module tho XD
wowowow
My master's supervisor said the same, let's hope it's true 🥲
Semiconductors is just like baking cakes. Need to figure out the right recipes and time and baking temperature.
lmao fr
Production or the mechanism?
Did you do take any quantum computing classes?
Nah I didn't
Some of my friends did tho
It was from the computing school and they said it was the easiest module they've taken
Bec the quantum physics was year 1 stuff for us
But for the comp sci people it's hard
There’s analog and digital communications
yeah
And how to make up codes.
and also signals and systems
Efficiently.
in year 2
Yes.
I did coding theory and I hated it
It’s fun
Too much ring / group theory PTSD
I haven’t asked around about it yet so idk what the course is like
I just know it’s for the older students
Is pgf an electronics hobbyist or something?
Understandable
For us at least there aren’t many physics classes that we gotta take
It's sad that they don't get to appreciate it
Here they don't have to do any
Thankfully
We even have to do chem here😭
chemical engineering
until i discovered
it isnt about chemistry
so i went with electrical because i liked those portions in A level
Cause it’s in the engineering school
they were damn interesting
We do chem indirectly but I'd die if I took a module from chem dept
For us there's school of natural sciences and then school of engineering
Fair enough
You could always study chemistry :)
For us there’s engineering and applied science and then arts and science
My chem friend keeps joking about how they learn to make coke lol
Or medicine. It has a lot of chemistry.
yeah but i dont wanna do pure science
But you take classes in the school of art and science as an engineering student either way
Missing out
no bio :/
:(((((
One of his lecturers looks like irl Walter White
My sister finished her degree in chemistry this summer/spring semester, maybe ill have to ask her
Hmmmm
Chem friend is also very good at baking because it's exactly like working in a chem lab
I find professors/lecturers like that pretty cool
Especially if they’re a bit crazy too
We've got one who looks like irl giga chad
Emphasis on the a bit
Apparently a significant portion of Irani / Kurdish population looks like gigachad
@magic inlet more interested in chem then physics?
yes but the funny thing is
It’s the haircut
i always score better in physics
All nat sci lecturers have to be a bit crazy
idk why
the beard
didn't you say you are the favourite student of the physics teacher?
i always manage to find the answer under pressure in phy exams than chem
she didnt say it but i can tell :)
so you'd enjoy EE
she loves me
The haircut is well renowned to be the “Iraqi Haircut”
yeah
Fair enough
Oh and the chiseled face
And the lips
time to cameo in one of the physics videos
Lemme get a screenshot
My craziest one I had was the calc
I did more laughing than learning in his lectures
this is his outlook profile picture
Lmaoo
We had that in first year too
Seems p cool guy
Very cool
i really hope i can :)
Dang
Also like VERY well known in his field apparently
I imagine @strange cave to be like him😉
Except that he’s a bit crazier
But the math aspect
Only
alexv is a bot
Hes a computational physicist who works on Fortran tho😭
post the link here
alexv can you tell me your linkedin
If AlexV was my calc prof
isn't that a very old language?
Ayo?????
Yep, the most recent manual is from the 90s I think
Yep
But it's fast
It’s from like the 60s i think
And they run very intense simulations so every little bit counts
Interesting
That’s where I think in few years will be using quantum computers instead
Oh yeah he works on qubit stuff
They do already, but as they get better will be done more
watch a few videos on fourier and laplace transforms, just to get an idea on what they are.
That’s so cool
My friend did her master's project with him and she showed it to me but that's the only word I remember from it
alright sure
It helps if you understand them :') I still don't know what a Laplace transform does
y1 eng maths is further maths right?
brush up on linear algebra
if it's a respectable university they will probably cover further maths level stuff in the first week and then move on to more advanced topics :)
damnn
I once met someone who uses quantum computers it to simulate chemical reactions
Then that would help them find out
differential equations are also important
Which is best for absorbing CO2
yeah this i have been told
plants
It’s really cool
Yeah they need massive amounts of computing power
anyway thanks @strange cave for the tips i'll start doing them soon :)
Gave +1 rep to alexv.xv#0
thanks ! :)
Yep and it has to do multiple calculations simultaneously
Does bot have a PhD?😄
What was your research on if you don’t me asking
If you did or are doing that
Bot is trying to learn further maths and to see if there are neat shortcuts to some solutions :)
machine learning
So linear algebra?😄
as a computer scientist
i dont know why you are referring to me
we need @violet umbra
don't have a books per say as all the contents I studied were provided by my lecturer
alls I can say is
through out your study
make sure u remember circuit analysis
i dont know why you want to get ahead but stuff like signal & system and diodes you will just learn as you go
there's no need to rush
videos I watched are from organic chemist and electroboom & others
I've already done my intern as an electrical engineer

damn electroboom i've heard of him
heard?
he's an inspiration
should be the sole reason you're doing electrical
I thought reason you were doing it was cause dad said that there’s lots of money in it
yeah but i dont understand a thing in his videos
except some things
Ikr
She said that a while back if I remember right
But you are the first person ik who is doing electrical
Knowledge won’t pay off your debt
believe me his videos are easier to understand than my lecturer's slide
what if I have the knowledge to evade debt

Clearly do not
God damn

Good overview. From 14:19. @magic inlet
I self studied computing for sophomore year and my grade in it is an A (most my stuff are A*) this year
I can chose to put it in my grade 9 report Instead (it was more A and A* bc more than half of the year was online for me)
Or does it even make a difference which one it’s in?
why me
youre the chosen one
my OS is linux and i live not in Lahore (World's Securest Nation)
u still think its impossible
you are the chosen one
you did the intern stuff
i have done ntohing
Where else do you live if it’s not lahore?
You don’t have a place to live?
you will become a stronger and more powerful electrical engineerer than me
i see it in you

new delhi bro
tehn teach me
i have nothing more to teach you
the rest is on your shoulders
They don’t tax the poor
I can tell you how to evade taxes though
I mean debt
Very simple
Just move to Lahore
what??
they didn't teach me this in business class
the matrix don't want you to know that
My replies might be a little slow btw, I'm working so apologies if I take a while
Yeah that again depends on the University you're aiming for
You can't say for certain but in a lot of cases it can be valuable, especially now, a while before, when I was doing my IGs and stuff, it was still not very accepted
but lately it's been getting more and more traction
because of the current government it's isn't
A levels help not just in India but also internationally, so to keep your options broad, it's a really good idea to take A levels
but doing private, is that good in india
i have heard not many indian uni accept private candidates
there are a few subjects that require actual coursework like AS Geography and stuff and those subjects can't be taken privately because you'll need a workgroup and a school to accommodate facilities and the logistical stuff
I'd suggest you to actually contact the universities you're interested in directly
because anecdotal evidence doesn't go very far often
different people ahve different experiences and unless there seems to be a direct correlation, then take it with a grain of salt
@trail owl I'm one of those guys who hate a shedule
You mean a strict schedule?
I personally have very flexible schedules
in the sense that I only have goals to finish every day/week
not necessarily a super specific time to do them unless it's something that is time-sensitive like say a meeting or an interview with a client or something
Amen to that
But I know a person who leads a carefree decent life with business
@slow widget and that is?
My uncle
I've also sat in his workplace and want to take over his company once he's done
u mean the one whom i know...
Yes
oh that's intresting
Just because he makes it look easy doesn't necessarily mean it is
Or maybe he has people working under him
in which case you need good leadership skills
Whatever it is
dont take it lightly
I always say this,
Prepare yourself so you don't get overwhelmed and don't take it too seriously so you get underwhelmed
The sweet spot is when you're properly just whelmed
'Whelmed' is my new fav word
Thnx fr the advice dude
business
life of ease
choose one
Do we have to take physics, chemistry and maths for b tech
@polar copper Yes
@polar copper if you want to apply for any science course in India that doesn't involve biology you need those 3
I want the opposite (I don't want physics and chemistry)(bio is okay)
