For bio, its mostly memorization, the textbook was enough for me for this

In the paper, write and fill up each answer as much as u can

For phys, make a formula sheet and a definition sheet or find one online

The concepts are easy to get imo

I cant say much for the other subjects

For math, I just kept grinding past papers and asked my teacher or looked up a youtube vid solving the paper
