Rescue the crew was not bad but pvp is simply too expensive if they would give back your repair costs if you die in the pvp system in a pvp battle it would motivate ppl to do pvp because its faster then grinding hostiles and more fun

What's wrong with the event store? It's got cosmic cleanup stuff which is running, triumph tokens you could have earned or bought, and the strange token things from the music event we got half so far so you can see what your reward options are once the other half are out.

I think less amounts more often personally. I only brought it up because I noticed no events were rewarding it. I haven't opened any of those chests this month, so the 2 pulls in the screenshot are the only amount we have potentially gotten. I think they were from the arc introduction gift, not events.

It is HIGHLY dependent on your situation. Personally last month I was ops 31, so the triumph chest awarded saladin and ops 32 rare ship bps. I have saladin and am not interested in the 32 ships. This month I had the resources to jump to ops 33 and did so when I saw this chest, knowing ops 33 is the cutoff for seeing the epic bps in this chest

I think players that already have their epic ship value the chest less assuming the next ship their going for isn't in it yet due to their ops lvl, same as my situation last month

At ops 31 you will see the rare ships. Generally unless you are a niche player, collector, or HEAVY spender, players will choose the most efficient route which is to build one ops 28 ship, skip ops 32 ship, and build one epic ship

That is what people generally say. I've found that I am caring less about rep at this moment in time. At ops 33 you get access to lvl 3 efficiency researches in the territory research tree, AND at ops 32 you get better uncommon and rare payout from battlepass and events. Refinery output also increases at 32 for what that's worth. I'm at ops 33. The 3 levels of each of these efficiency researches are huge because they don't take materials to research themselves, just iso emulsion and territory particles

They’re not any decisions scopely made against the players. The purpose of the event was to give a way for new players/f2p to acquire the Cerritos. The fact that it could be exploited by not completing it was obviously not intentional on their part, and there is nothing unfair about it, given that anyone, f2p or not, could have used the same loophole.

Those problems seemed significant, and quite frankly not unexpected from a player perspective. The biggest problem appeared to be lag, and I think it might finally have occurred to them that's it's actually a significant problem and needs to be fixed. The fat that it hasn't, suggests it's not easy. Therefore I don't expect a rerun this weekend and possibly not for some time. Unless they are just cheaping out on the server capacity, which is an easy fix, just needs money, then it's a code problem and that is something the will be reluctant to tackle. Even if cross server play has been something they have been working towards for some time.

It's a bit of a problem, and I suspect there is a lot of discussion about this at Scopely right now.

After watching RecDeuce video re: Scopely needing to take a break and focus on what’s under the hood I cannot but 100% agree.@

1). Events do not kick off at reset (unless you reboot) … they just sit there “retrieving” like the good old days of the flipping MS hourglass
2). New events rarely provide rewards as indicated or are so unrealistic as to be achievable (and I’m not talking the Kobayashi Maru style Heroic events) resulting in midstream changes that benefit those who haven’t started but not those who put hours into it
3). New mechanics rarely, if ever, work as intended whether character, ship, base
4). QOL changes (or what I assume are supposed to be) that don’t exactly result in quality of life experiences
5). Back-to-back events that require you to hoard things (like materials) that prevent you from advancing

Run (or re-run) events and give awards that help source officers already implemented that take forever to level up (looking at you Rare & Epics). Heck, take a successful arc from the past … change the words & send us through the exact same steps. It’ll be fresh for the noobs and us old-timers will likely have already forgotten (unless something like progenitor or discovering Borg).

Offer packs that people will want for officers, materials, ship parts, etc. Sell at different price points and quantity. I need 25 Enterprise BPs, so sell me what I need v only a full unlock I don’t.

In the meantime, get everyone in a war-room, start prioritizing what needs to be fixed, and determine order such that changes to A & E don’t blow B-C-D out of the water. Skip new features … like Alliance space docks (let it be the unadvertised Armadas we had to wait for) … and get the base down solid. Don’t implement implement new features w/ new mechanics elsewhere of any kind.

Give us reason to stop joking about your skills.

This is a Crock. I bought 4 max Barclay Exclusive Pulls. That’s 20 draws. I didn’t get a one Barclay. Not a one. You get 10 shards per pull. I should have pulled Max Epic pulls. I would had 5 max draws that gives 12 shards per pull. I missed out on 20 shards because this bogus Barclay deal.

She's only good when she's higher level, otherwise - pointless officer in comparison to Spock

Ran SPike, SUhura and La'an (max synergy) on a D4 against a lvl 45 (should be able to take down)

yeah that is bad. i'm one ops higher witha lvl 25 d4 running pike/moreau/chen and I can kill a 45 although barely hull left

but i haven't put much into interceptors since the early days of the kehra leaving a bad taste

That's not really fair, the FA is designed to fight swarms and using spike there makes a lot of sense considering the high damage output you have.

That combo does better than any other I have, Might even be better than Jaylah. I don't have her yet tho

I can find no combo of anykind that SNW Uhura is good on.

For her to have value you need a ship with extremely high dps so that it can kill the target before shields are depleted. Something like Stella would work if we had eclipse battleships
