Your right but LD ability was introduced because it was an arc about Lower Decks series where all the characters are flawed in some way and are never going to ever make the bridge on aFed starship . There isn’t a single main character in DS9 that would be classed as lower decks character. They all served on Defiant at some point even Garak. Voyager is different there were some real star fleet failures in that series that fit the Lower Decks ethos, but no main characters, although Reg Barclay might qualify 😂

Bugs found - but may not be caused by game since I installed iOS 16 beta 1 yesterday.

1. Returning from in game chat (back button or clicking on a link pasted in chat) causes instant game crash, with a restart required. (I think this is related to the iOS beta, as others in alliance don't have this issue)

2. I cannot collect Alliance rewards. Button just spins and no rewards come up

3. Offers tab... packs show "shared_single_value" on the buttons, until I scroll through the list, and then they change to showing the usual $99.99

4. Banner text is tiny.... you know.. the text that says you killed a hostile, got event points etc

• I have cleared Localizations, and rebooted phone. No help.

For the new Faction Allegiance event, we wanted to give a little context to better explain how the event works.

When you claim a weekly bundle from the faction store, the associated daily goal will not trigger until the following day. Once triggered, the goals will continue to trigger again every day until you've completed all 7 of them. We want to make sure nobody is alarmed when they finished their goal and don't see another one displayed right away.

Choose 1 of 3 factions. Then claim the bundle for that faction. Then next day starts the trigger for daily goals associated with that faction.

Did you check by searching the app in the App Store or using the Update All screen? The Update All usually only refreshes once per day, and you have to trigger a manual refresh of the update (Google Play used to have similar behavior, don’t know if they still do)

That's a normal IT process. The game is linked to your apple/andoird/scopelyID account and deleting and reinstalling the game is fine. You just need to log back in. (sometimes you need to finish the tutorial again to reach a place you can log in)

I play on a iOS tablet, and I typically search for STFC in the app store. Sometimes on the search result page it will say "open" instead of "update" but if I click on the result it will show the app info page where it says "update"

You have seen event schedule pushed and pulled. In this case that was the textual news item, but it could have been the visual calendar as well. We have seen previously that old visual ones were pushed and pulled too. The textual part is esoteric as you didn’t explicitly mention it.

For the Faction Allegiance Event, either I'm not understanding something or am missing something.
The announcement in game-announcements says "When you claim a weekly bundle from the faction store..."
I've looked through my Fed, Klingon and Romulan Faction stores, and don't see anything that suggests itself as a "Faction Allegiance Weekly Bundle".
If anyone has a screen shot of what I should see for that, it would be appreciated.
