Really disappointed in the ALB scoring metrics for lat rush. Our alliance works really hard for this event and used to place well. Now a level 50 on their own can reset one 5 star node and we'll never catch up. It was nice to have one event that rewarded participation instead of spending but I guess that's done.

Not, here’s an event, we added scoring. Then, oops, an hour later we adjust it on the fly. Then, oops, we remove some scoring. Then oops again, we remove some more and reduce regular lat.

This now means across the space of three hours people have gotten very different values for their efforts depending on when a ship was moved or destroyed.

Just for reference, at a mining rate per hour of regular Lat, I could get 2,158,240 points towards ALB an hour. Now, I can get 294,705/hr, and that's mining 3* materials. That is what the biggest hit is for me. I can no longer contribute as much to my alliance because of this change.

The event store Dabo thing is NOT just a bonus. It is the major way to get shards for the new officers, especially for Arrock shards other than paying cash for packs. On 3 chest pulls I don’t even get a single Officer shard more than half the time. The event store absolutely sucks.

SCOPELY you really broke LATINUM RUSH dropping points for LATINUM from 5 points down to 1. The event is CALLED LATINUM RUSH and suddenly the main ship and main material is worth one-fifth the points it has been worth. THIS MUST BE RECTIFIED. We understand the addition of the Feesha and we are accept the concept that Concentrated Latinum earns 10 points per unit but YOU MUST restore the 5 points per unit score for standard Latinum. If you leave this mistake uncorrected, there will be massive attrition from the LATINUM RUSH event.

Dvor parts are in the Battle debris from Cosmic Cleanup, and also in arc event stores, and from the Latinum refinery, which is the way 99% of people have always upgraded their Dvors, because there is only a small number that winn them out of Lat rush anyway.

nothing has changed in that way, and so many people are totally missing the point, the event was made for the Dvor, not the Dvor made for the event,
The Dvor was made for the Lat refinery. the event has always been a side event, that if you do get top 3 has helped people upgrade their dvors faster,

PLUS, its ONLY the first month for the new Lat rush event change, when most new things are introduced, of course not everyone is going to be able to do it, but time more will be able to, the same way the previous event grew over time as people got more OG dvors and miners, you look at the scores now compared to even a year ago, the scores are way higher now, cos people are mining more

and the people that compete for it are still going to, those that didn't care about the SLB are still not going to care about the SLB, then there are those that never cared before, supposedly complaining about the change, when it never affected them anyway, and still wont, cos that wasn't what they focussed on

Scopely seems to default to the same events between arcs so it’s what some do here between arcs because they are so bored. While survey’s provide some level of information about “customer satisfaction”, one would think they would spend some developing a better relationship with their player community to steer the mothership in the right direction. Instead, they think that the Freesha is a “fix” for the Dvor 🤷🏼‍♂️???

It’s not a paid ship, fairly easy to get it by ops 27-28 unless you’re rushing ops. Usually for ops 25-27 they split events so people without a vidar get an event to kill regular hostiles, but ops 28+ is borg regardless of having vidar or not.

A vidar really should be a priority for f2p players though, its such a good general ship at / around the level you can start to get it and it opens up the borg refinery which is a fantastic source of faction credits amongst other things, which makes getting the faction ships easier for the f2p people

Ops 25 is difficult to get it unless you plan for it, ie skip franklin and save up the cosmic cleanup tokens to get the vidar first. But getting both by ops 28 is easy for f2p.
