What's the best plan for someone without a Vi'dar? I pushed hard on day 2 and got 3rd place in the leaderboard. 6 directives and enough for 15 bps. Alliance is on a young server, only 2-3 low tier vidars in my group. We don't stand a chance at beating the Borg cubes.

Do I spend my directives and try to get us into the top 10 in the Alliance event.... Which might actually work.... We normally place there in most events

What we've also seen in those events is the server whales dropping their alliance in a remote system to feed their teammates to win these events.

If we're seeing these kinds of events come back, what is Scopely doing to prevent this "cheating"/"gaming" of the leaderboard?

For me, with my research, building the Amalgam has 660k cargo straight out the box. So it's quite far behind my T4 faction miners with 1.2m. I'd need to hit some fat, fat targets to make it a better option.

The amount is based on ship level. No research or buffs. Starting at 0.01% going up to 0.1%
If you can get into someone with 100B resources it'll give you a good return. On most people? An extra 250k per attack? Not game changing.

I have no expectations for anything released as pay only to be released for f2p or a grind way to get it. I've been waiting for a way to get prime particles for research in the territory research tree in a grinding or f2p manner and that doesn't exist(please correct me if I am wrong). I am not a f2p, but by no means even a dolphin, as I spend for the cheap battlepass each month and did buy the 2nd building and research queue (instead of a battlepass one month). I have not gotten the 3rd research queue.

But they have become more and more money grabbing and I have seen more and more players give up the game because of it. So they change more of those that are left to keep up there Increasing in revenue. It’s going to end up with so few people wanting to play they are going to kill there own game system.

Typically you get max half the needed BPs for the ships (except the Jelly which has a 25 limit)

pretty sure diff servers can have slightly diff daily events, you can make your own schedule or find the one that matches your server
