hi... its for all 27+... you can beat them even with kumari... faction ships better, just make sure to use Chan and try some crew setup, like basic hostile crew Cadet Uhura (cap) + Inst. Spock + T'Laan (INT) / Chen (EXP, SUR, BSH)

Or if you are lucky to have Pike Use him as captain (better with Moreau), this will boost Chen's ability

Unless they made a change to how it worked, that's incorrect. The separatist events were hull damage. 3.5m points per separatist boss is what you got for each fresh boss, shields had nothing to do with it. The difference between scanned hull health and points earned is just Scopely's daft rounding.

I was able to complete it for free with the holiday tokens too, and I also suspect that was what was being referred to when they noted it could be obtained free in a month or so (or whatever the statement was). I'm sure it will also be available for free again at some point in the future, but if that means an event store 3 months from now it would be nice to let the community know.

Also it's a ship that is not at all necessary to have (useless to me) so I am happy Scopely came out with a ship I can ignore if I want to and not worry about missing something.

Come on, elite battlepass is basically, F2P, it’s more like a subscription fee to enjoy the game. Surely even those on government support payments can afford $30AUD a month. That was what I was saying anyways, is that most people (those who got the elite battle-pass) would have been able to get the Sarc without spending any coin on bps.

Basically F2P and F2P are not the same things. Just like I cannot say that I am a F2P player (even though I have been F2P for 9 months now, I've still spent my share prior to that), you cannot say that something can be obtained F2P and then qualify that it would also require a purchase just because you think that the purchase is of a nominal amount or a greater value than other packs on offer.
And as I told Hari: my money, my choice. It is not up to you to decide whether or not someone else should be spending money on the game or how much money is appropriate for them to spend, just like it is not up to us to decide if you shouldn't be spending money or if you should be spending less money. And there are people who cannot afford the packs, I am fortunate in that I can afford to buy the packs, I choose not to because I do not see the value in it for me.
And back to the original point: the option of acquiring the ship F2P was promised. Players will not have been able to obtain a full set F2P yet. well, i would guess it largely depends on the situation you're citing. with the jelly event, you don' get points on upgrades themselves, but the g3/g4 spend. if they confirmed you were right in that case, i would expect some jelly bps as comp, but again, not knowing the details of your interaction, or the facts around the error itself, i wouldn't be able to speculate.

Sierra is a CM for the VIP community, and doesn't do much with CS outside of the VIP community to which she's tasked. for the rest of us, yeah, CS tickets, or email is the best way to get help. sometimes the mods (with proper information) are able to escalate things, but only after they've run their course with CS.

Think I lost a total of over 300 000 points on that event alone, all i got back was salty answers that, but you still manage to win, yes because i had to buy extra packs to recover those lost points they Confirmed wasnt counted. I am a mere L35 but in the current station event I can get 336k parsteel for reaching 10k power increase! Apart from defense platforms I have nothing that will give that increase and the minimum PS for a building is 30m. The trit is similarly disparraging. Yes I appreciate the ability to get uncommon mats and if you can time speeding up a building a it then it "may" be worth it - but unlikely. As the most of my buildings are 100m+ then to reach the top reward point I would expect at least say 20m. Secondly again the 10 min and 4 hour chests - some are good but most are "what?" I need 10,000 f those to make a difference. Love the new lat speed - proper quality of time upgrade and best improvement since territories!

@quick sand yes I use LCARS, and as I said it is only 1 defense platform that would give a 10k power increase. Biggest other increase is 1 deydock which would give me 4k. So to get 10k I would need to upgrade 3 drydocks. With my buffs that would be 379.5m parsteel and 399 hours of speedups required. Yeah great value to get less than 0.1% of ps spent!

For example you have an upgrade about to finish that would get you to tge first milestone, 1.25k (23k ps, 44k trit, 5k dil, 200 ship xp and 6 explorer parts- woo hoo I am over the moon), so many of the upgrades. But if I want to get to the second milestone of 2.5k (45k ps, 89k trit, 9k dil, 7 survey parts, 18 common gas AND 3 uncommo ore, AMAZING), then I would need to spend millions of PS and likely many hours of speed ups. Excuse my SARCASM. It is therefor zero enticement.

Don't get me wrong, many of the events are great, but some seem pointless. Make all pf the events "worth" something useful and appropriately and yes I get that some will always be better than others, which brings in the strategy.

Well yes that’s true I could’ve clarified it a bit better, solo points show your base without bonuses showing, alliance ones show the points for all since your last sync, so for the mining one if you hopped off a mining node, those points synced, then you sat on the node again, if you hopped off 10 minutes later it would show the points from you and any points your alliance member added during that time.

That’s why during hostile hunts people get confused at the scoring when they show the points for the alliance one,

I haven’t had that issue, yea sometimes for that event when I’m contributing to the alliance for that event I do it faster then the toasts can keep up so sometimes it’s behind, but I’ve never had to do more then it needed. Sometimes just had to wait for it to catch up.
Same I notice with officer recruit events when there’s many officers pulled it takes a moment for them to register all of them.

But it’s not the toast pop ups adding the points, it’s not as if the point aren’t added if they don’t show up, so sometimes for example the last toast showed 58/60 needed for the unity, but I know I did the 60, waited a moment and then it showed the 60 in the event with out the pop ups

Out of all the complaints with Territory takeovers, apart from lag many of the biggest issues could be solved by preventing alliance hopping. It sounds like some whales are deliberately moving around to create havoc. I think some mechanism should be in place to penalize players like this. Perhaps there should be a "mercenary" tag applied to anyone who moves more than once a week, and that tag last for 1 month. During that month any alliance events only reward 1/3 of the full amount.

When you open the chest you get 10 shards no matter what. On top of that, each chest has a 5% chance of opening a full unlock. Watch the chest, open 1 at a time. When you open a premium and you get a lucky rare, and it says Kerla x32 you will get 37 shards total. You could end up with 33 Kerla so it looks like you only ended up getting 5 and one was a max pull but its just that one of your pulls lined up with your lucky pull.

When you open a premium same thing. You get 10 shards no matter what. The lucky pull of 90/100/110 or whatever is on top of the 10 shards you already opened.

With 5% odds, you're just as likely to open up back to backs as to go 40 straight without one. You are never "DUE" for a win.

Just because you flip a coin heads 5 times in a row doesn't make tails the more likely outcome

Remember, its a 4% chance of a rare full pull and a 1% chance of an epic

Most people disregard the rare pulls and focus on the epics because the epics hit the dopamine way better.

Statistically, over the course of 100 chests, your expected value is 600 epic shards and 620 rare shards (1 epic pull for 100, 4 rare for 30). You should only average 12 shards per chest

And missing out on your 1% pull in that 100 chests is a huge swing.

Seems like a milestone somewhere was missed. So far I’ve escalated 6 players and cs was able to tell me the date and event that each of them had missed. I don’t think this one glitched out. Possible. But so far no evidence to support. There was probably something you missed somewhere.

I will agree that a milestone was missed, but not on my part.

The events refresh in the evening of day 1, 2 hours after I finish work, so I daily complete them in the first 2 hours. Exceptions are the alliance help events that took me few hours more and 1 day I had a small accident.
That day I complete the event the following morning.

I always double check before the event refresh.

So that's not the case for me.

My request in the ticket is for someone to check my monthly event log.
