Funny you said that because this is starting to remind me of “the summer of rage” that I experienced in Eve over a decade ago. You can only stack broken code on broken code so many times before your game just breaks. They have 2 choices, keep going the way they’re going and in 1-2 years the game will be completely dead, or take a 6 month break on new content to fix the broken content. I know the investors don’t want to lose out on even a single precious cent but their cash cow will completely dry up if they don’t put in some actual maintenance.

But you do realize you can read my discussion with the others before commenting blindly. If you had, you would have seen that was exactly the issue for me at Ops 63. There are almost no tasks with decent points that I can complete easily (or by having some fun) that aren't buying a pack. The ones I can come through very rarely, and they're ones everyone else can do as well, so they're looking for them as well.

Question about alliance tourney daily reset. I picked up a task before 11am Eastern (when the task board and daily attempts refresh). The task was awarding points normally, until the reset at 11am. They do this so that you waste everything you have in your inventory. Since in reality those end up giving you much less than the normal ones and they cost you much more.

Originally the Bonus Refinery pulls did give better payout amounts than the regular refinery pulls, but then they improved the payout of the regular pull to give more. They never readjusted the Bonus pulls to also have increased amounts so they are less than regular pulls now. They are guaranteed uncommon+ though, and since mats are a limited drip, still worth pulling if you can sustain the pulls.

Scopely has always uses the comp chest feature to distribute intended rewards when they cant readily fix an event reward distribution. So we'll recieve our rank rewards and a comp chest. Until we get more word no way to know if all the issues will be grouped together into 1 comp chest or separate ones.

Traditionally the delay after its fixed is in determining what the extra stuff should be

Update 2: Holy crap, it just reappeared, with the "COLLECT" button greyed out. I selected a different task, then re-selected my task, and the button was green! Task collected! Now a very happy panda!

Is this an accurate assumption? The alliance tasks all reward the alliance tournament points, and that's the total you see on the alliance task screen . However, the store currency (tournament credits) is only rewarded on SOME tasks, usually > 2k points on SPENDING something

Alliance tournament fixes seem to be screwing players for finding ways around buying in the store. Consolidation of the tournament into a single competition pool screwed my alliance out of being solidly in the middle to stay in our bracket to suddenly being dropped into the relegated group with a big points gap between the highest "relegated" alliance and the lowest "stay put" alliance. There needs to be a compensation for this, too. Or, just accept that the tournament is a hot mess, can the whole thing. Honestly, this whole thing is such a hot mess that there is no way I can see to fairly compensate everyone properly at this point.

This gets to another problem. Lower level players within the alliance can't do many of the tasks showing up because they haven't yet unlocked the content. This puts pressure on higher level members to leave for higher overall level alliances. As such, the tournament system as it stands is not friendly to newer players, which are ultimately wanted and needed in the player community to keep the game funded and populated.

The rework on the tasks is a joke, added low end tasks that suck, pay low points and no credits. Then make anything that was good never roll out. The whole thing is full of problems. They send out comp chests, that’s nice but a working event would be nice that wasn’t cash grab fully. They run commander events hard then push commander tasks, run fkr armada event for 70 something days and push fkr armada tasks, all good tasks are behind paid packs. I guess they will milk the cow till it turns around and dies.

depends on which league you are in, but everybody will get some rewards and assuming you have an admiral who is around, you'll get emerald chain xp for your alliance opening up new buffs there.

Dear $¢opely. The alliance tournament still is trash. You have weighted the tasks towards spending and G6 so hard that the rest of us feel unrewarded with participation at all. I can't plan ahead at all. I cant save a task for the next day as it resets at daily reset. Why?

I also cant reroll for a specific task because you weighted the spend and G6 tasks so much higher that after 24+ rerolls I did not see either of the two 10k tasks I could do... or their lower number counterparts.

I feel punished for trying to plan and participate instead of rewarded. Such a system does not drive me to spend. Instead it makes me feel more stingy with what I already spend and makes me want to rethink any spending at all.

I want to enjoy this game. However your practices are making it difficult if not near impossible. The only reason anyone in my alliance still plays is each other. And you are pushing all of us to quit. FYI, most of us at least spend on battlepasses...

The little point value tasks don’t give any event store currency. The 10k point value give a good chuck, but everything else (if any) is pretty low

The entire alliance will get credits based on your placement within your bracket.

The points you're getting are helping you alliance move up in rank. It's just that some tasks also give an extra reward instantly.

fortunately it doesn't seem to use up your daily task allotment, but it does throw up an error like you have one picked and confuses people

The xp should not expire. However your admiral should be able to claim the SMS rewards for some time after the event disappears, I thought all event rewards remained in your events button to claim for 7 days maximum, even once the sms has seemingly disappeared.

Alliance tournaments are a shockingly low quality rollout off the back of, lets face it, a whole year of poor and boring arcs. Game stability is at an all time low... and on top of that we have to make sense of the tournaments, which end with a leaderboard placement saying one thing and results saying a completely different thing. Interest on our server is dying off... so much to do, and hardly any of it engaging... and sooooooo expensive to play a broken and unstable game. Since playing from game release in 2018 I've never been so disengaged.

advancement is important for sure though even thats bugged. My Alliance finished 3rd in master and should have gotten 89,400 xp. instead it gave us 59500 as if we were 3rd place in expert

Yeah i can see that on Rev's stream. They were apprentice and went to adept. The 3rd place apprentice waas paying 18K but their EC XP is at 32600

So obviously they got extra EC XP from going to Adept

And 3rd in its own bracket and got relegated
But the 14th and 15th alliances regionally retained the master and they were below us in the same bracket leaderboard 🤦🤦

Too be honest incursions aint that great they never run well and make an already buggy game even worse it does give the pvp crowd a release but as i say its always a pain trying to complete the events with increased lag and glitches
