I used this crew on t8 enterprise as an ops 42 player with Cerritos boosts. Get 2-3 kills per run based on RNG.

If you want to explore how to improve your performance on an event requiring Silent hostile kills, we can do that too. Have you tried the suggested crews in the blog? and what ship (tier) do you use?

Unfortunately at ops 39 I only have a T6 Enterprise that I can't upgrade without more uc gas. I don't have the Cerritos or Titan yet to buff it and all the suggested officers of mine obviously aren't high enough ranked to work (and I have them all).
Two ops 39 people scored in the slb the other day, two for the whole servers worth of 38s & 39s. People higher ops than me are also struggling even using the suggested crews and cant hit ships that are in their bracket so have ended up with rewards they can't refine. I've resigned myself to the fact that scopely only open up stuff like this to lower levels than can actually do it, to be able to say they are offering it, not for us to actually be able to participate.
Suggesting crews needs to be more specific... if a T1 L1 officer suggested can't help, then that needs to be made known.

Ent's a pretty decent ship to work with. I've seen players of that range have success with Janeway Doc Kirk + BDAs like Paris(+DEF stack) Hugh. Buffing isn't always necessary, and ent is probably the best one to go without.

Thank you. So my spending was devalued by the addition of a second SMS. Scopely changed the parameters AFTER it launched. Twice actually. My spending allowed me to finish ONE SMS and finish lower on an XLB. A player that waited can spend LESS Materials and get MORE shards than me.

Scopely has not responded to my ticket. It was put in an hour before his was. I don’t know if they just award points for the second SMS making it the same as the first SMS or if the 2nd SMS stays incomplete?

Currently, I have 50 shards from the first SMS. I completed the SMS. I also would be 1st on my server but am 5th on the XLB. I have 0 points and 0 shards from the second SMS. Whether or not the 2nd SMS completes or not when they give shards is something I do not know.

Update on the 64: they completed his scoring to match his first SMS, which was complete. So he got 50 shards from the first SMS, 100 from the 2nd SMS, and has potential to gain more (not over 100) in the XSLB. So his max potential is 250 shards. @desert laurel

I would recommend the Janeway crew you used only under some circumstances:
If you can load all the damage onto the shields without taking hull damage, or
If you go in buffed, with Cerri if you can meet the above situation, or both Cerri + Max Fortify if you cannot.

Some research development will make your runs better if you can push them. Shield Overcharge of the Cerri branch, and Titan Patch will greatly increase your ship's survivability. Because max fortify is too expensive to always run alone, I'd suggest you start sharing it with teammates and they share with you.

You don't need Hoshi. You have to work out the encryption yourself. Basically they want you to learn Klingon. But there is a 2nd part which is finding the clue in the system that the original Klingon clue leads you to.

I really would like an actual developer to answerthe question. If it was a simple manual switch, they could easily make the adjustment on the day of DST changing. There must be more to it. SLB should be player dependent, not Alliance dependent. I can't compete with the top player here becasue his alliance is in a territory with 4* and 5* materials, mine is not. Its klingon language, so you have to use a translator. You have to do it yourself (there are klingon translators in internet). After this you have a hint, that you can use to find the right planet where this occurs. In stfc click on the planet and you get a little i on top right of the window - there the mission is described

I just did my daily trials and it indeed appears that they're working behind the scenes on them again. On all 3 trials the hostiles were the same power and in the same system. I had a Silent hostile yesterday morning.

You could also maybe try the same crew with a more powerful interceptor so its at least triangle neutral if you have one

Valdore is strongest ship by far unfortunately for me... t2 Janeway, t2 doc, t2 E-Data. Max Ghrush, t1 Hugh, t2 BLT. Valdore t5.

Then the only thing I can suggest is doing the same as you did, but throw yourself some buffs and damage exo's, if that doesnt work then I think its just ignore it until you get stronger
