It took me so much time to get enough xindi loot for a double pull - 5k to 7k per hull, 100k needed - and when i finally did i got the worst possible rng from the chest, 320 common, 320 uncommon and 37 epic. That was around 6hrs and ago and I've felt so demoralised i haven't opened the game again since, despite having nothing else to do. So much effort, so little reward, and the prospect of having to do that much work EVERY day - why would i want to play for that?

in the short term, you will get worse results. Eventually, the crit floor favor will compensate for this - when maxed, your crits will do the same damage as a normal hit.

After launching it, and everyone need to Hunt those things, come an event that is in the exact opposite direction, since we need critical hits to score in heavy hitter... And some people may haven't noticed, but you don't score points for "Cube heavy hitter" by killing xindi hostiles.

triple the cost or more causing grinding of 2-3-4-5 hours for a double pull was ridiculous in the first place. how about not letting scopely off the hook considering they already ignore thousands of issues reported via tickets per week and the issues go on for months with no fixes, just more arcs and more primes. yeah, fix the game and reward your players properly and promptly.

• add that on top of the absolute catastrophe of the most recent incursion which caused an ops57 and ops56 to flat out quit the game entirely.

If Hugh's ability can stack, (and it does, at some point...) If his ability is working, almost every shot is critical and that would mean more points...

It's a hobby, not a business. Players aren't making money here. They punch down on the new hostiles out of necessity, not because there's any choice in the matter. There's been insufficient time to develop the pieces needed to hit even levels. Officer sourcing is too restricted on non-crit dps officers, and credit income isn't enough to get the favors that'll help.

If the devs had it right the first time, they wouldn't have had to adjust the refinery reqs yesterday. The fact that you point to the Scopely person who also is punching down(he's 42 hitting 40s, and he's probably least affected by their difficulty because 42u ships) is also pretty amusing.

So, right off the bat, shields, splitting 80pct of unmitigated damage are incredibly powerful, which is why swarms die fairly easy (no shields) and why kirk/spock are such a staple early on.
Critical damage is also very strong for killing things first.

As you grow, and provided you don't get raided, you'll end up with what seems like loads of rss to upgrade buildings, then you'll get even higher ops and need so much more than you ever thought was possible. Base relocations you will eventually have so many of them you wont use them all

Make it worth it then, stop trying to force the issue, people will progress much more readily and willingly when they don'yt have to fork out their 1st and 2nd born just to open the game. When players feel they have no choice but to spend just to even move the needle a smidge, they walk away and that's what will kill this game. I don't mind occasional spending when something cool comes out and the monthly battlepass but not to the point I'll lose my house just so I can keep playing, its a mobile game folks, act like it, whatever "person" is running the show over there needs a serious reality check and a kick in the shorts.

Heroic might not mean "easy" but it should at least be possible to complete with an 18-24h grind of some type. Lumping players in the 30s into an SMS/SLB that is tiered for G5/G6 players is like putting PeeWee baseball players against the MLB. You're sending a very strong message that you don't care about developing players or adding to your player base so when the whales die (leave due to boredom, anger and frustration), there are no players to replace them.

For the Tripp SMS top tier, you'd have to earn 866.7k points with 20 for 3* uc and 30 for 3* Rare which is all that players under level 40 can reasonably obtain. 43,335 UC or 28,890 rare 3* mats needed to be spent to complete the SMS for anyone below level 40. That's not heroic, that's simply INSANE!

Disco pvp is generally disco vs disco, thats usually how it works anyway in the ship specific events, feesha vs feesha, franklin vs franklin etc

With the new absolute trash pvp mechanics, whoever fires the first shot always wins. The attacker is always supposed to fire first. How does the game choose who fires first when both players hit attack? It’s widely inconsistent even when constantly attacking the same player.

The other Star Trek game had dedicated bug hunters and I was one of them. Found a bug that had been on the game since inception because no one liked playing science, and when it became too strong a second time, they knocked it down hard. They only ever paused game development for bug squashing for 1 month. That's it. Here they have a ton of stuff to keep people busy 3 months at this point, but they'll never be caught taking a breather for bug squashing.

So if you hit attack on someone and they notice and are able to also hit attack before you get to them, they will shoot first.

If you notice them noticing you can hit attack for a 2nd time and get the attack flag back. Unless of course they hit attack again

Your math is wrong, Its not 5 Wave Defences, it is 5 waves(rounds). If you reach round 5 you complete battlepass event instantly during your 1st Wave Defence.

As its 3 days, you need to do one of the following to complete event

• (Cost 100 Tokens) Wave Defences x1 = Reach Round 5
• (Cost 200 Tokens) Wave Defences x2 = Reach Round 2 on 1st then Round 3 on 2nd
• (Cost 300 Toeksn) Wave Defences x3 = Reach Round 2 on 1st, then Round 2 on 2nd, then Round 1 on 3rd.

The 2nd and 3rd options their make it possible for any ops 30-39 to easily complete.

Also WD is generally F2P... only P2P aspect would be buying the credits to get the Favours faster.

Ops 31 here I did the event during 1 wave defence 😁 managed to hitch a ride of some higher ops and reached wave round 8 💪

That's really the only way ops 30-36 maybe slightly higher will finish. I usually only get past one wave 1 per wave defense unless I'm getting carried by others.

That doesn’t seem to be the case. I’ve tested extensively spamming the attack button when someone attacks me and it always seems to be random who gets the first shot unless the other player is massively bigger, then they always get the first shot no matter what. Scopely built in whale favors.

Yes. It’s been like that forever. F2P save up the broken rods over multiple arcs. We get to open the loot box 3-4 times a year. So.,.when you can unlock it…choose wisely.
