Yes swarm Sunday needs updating to hostiles rwlevent to your ops dailies.... But it's an old event like most which could use a revamp.

YES It is intended for their to NOT be an XSLB this weekend for Incursions prep. The why:

The Dev team felt like players preferred the 7of9 SLB + Heroic SMS over exchanging it for an XSLB. So, instead of having an XSLB replace the 7of9 LB they just dropped the XSLB.

Now, I have reached out to the community team for them to manually make an announcement showing everyone who their incursion partners will be next week. Still waiting to hear back from that team. Now y'all can spread the news about the Incursions Prep XSLB not being here.

I miss when they replied to your tickets instead of just auto-closing them with responses that prove they didn’t read it. Had one last month where the Voyager’s station finding ability didn’t reveal the player’s station and the reply was “it doesn’t work if you’re not in the same system”… but a) my ship was visible on the image b) the green Attack button was enabled and c) it was a deep space system you can’t see from the outside. All I wanted was the stupid mats refunded…

Yes! The ticket responses are the absolute worst! They can't even send a nonsense reply and close the ticket within the stated 72 hours anymore. My last one I just wanted to know why I didn't have a refit in the event store that a friend of mine had (he was lower Ops level and had a lower tier ship) and they told me that wouldn't reveal why that is and to just keep playing the game and closed the ticket. That was after seven days. My guess is there is no one left there that knows anything about the game. As evidenced by the utterly clueless reply you received.

I’m a developer myself, so I understand where you’re coming from, but how you define roles matters too. Investigating problems in the application code, managing infrastructure issues, and handling tickets are wildly different learning curves.

Based on the types of problems I can essentially diagnose as a user, I’m not sure they actually do that level of training with their regular developers anyway…

The end of arc event store ended on time according to their decay timers. A request has been put in to have them return for those who've missed spending their currency, but it's up to Scopely. In the meantime, I'd suggest contacting CS and requesting manual exchange if you have extra currency.

I never normally defend their decisions but you did have a month to spend the tokens and several events throughout the month encouraging you to spend them. Now I know we have all been conditioned to spend late but checking the end timer which is displayed (you can make an argument the timer should be on the bucket (officers for example) as well as the individual choices within the bucket) is the minimum we as players should do to avoid these issues.

That said I do hope CS can sort you out and spend the tokens on your behalf as it must be incredibly frustrating to still have them.

They give you a hour before encursions. Cow can be done with like 3 hostiles. Pull officer shards for the armada event, hit some hostiles in some lower systems.

Cow can not be done with 3 hostile. Even with kill lvl60 if you are lvl50+ ops you need 10+ hostile, scopely penalize advanced in ops in lot of events, specially in kill hostile. You need more points but reword are same. No better reword. Special if you need kill special hostile.

Also same is in BP events.

it can be done with 3 hostiles, as long as there are hostiles you can kill at high enough level.

i can see anyone at 50-60 being unable to do so if the hostiles are limited to 60, but for at least people 39 and below it takes just a tiny number of sol/romulus/kronos trader kills.

Took me a few more than 2 kills but I have always found a way to do all events during incursions even when we had faction hunts. Just have to keep an eye on your ships and not get worked up if you do get hit. It’s a game win some loose some

They've added more grinds in the months since freebooter has been released than they reduced via freebooters. Several of the grinds aren't reduced at all since you need to spend exborg credits which you need to get for the researches

Unless you are buying packs for your mats, you will need it for ship scrapping to help upgrade g4 and g5. G3 is like finding a hay in a needlestack at 50+. I have literal hundreds of thousands of g4 mats...don't have squat for g3 anymore after scrapping dozens of ships.

Rare ore is a bit of a pain, but it comes in. I need a few weeks more for ops 55. From then it comes from the refinery.

I would argue rare g4 parts are the worst. Scrapping does not give them, events don't, refinery gives...12 per pull? When you need hundreds/thousands? Parts refinery needs Bajoran favor treatment, imho. I'm starting to hit the same wall with g5 now and my t6 Northcutt.

In fairness the game already pulled a bunch of ships and systems and races from ENT. But they're adding the classic series in production order, trading off with newer shows in between. We just had VOY, now we're on Lower Decks. Presumably ENT will be sometime later this year or next.

I think scopely could have saved a lot of design and coding (lol) and just sold access for the refinery for $100 with a daily drip… cause they like daily drips.

That’s basically how this loop reads. Buy a ship $100 BUT you don’t have to do anything except send it to these cowboy hat shaped systems… cause they designed it to autogrind… just repair when it blows up and send it back. No more interaction on your part… except another solo armada at the end.

this one is an afk grind.
like mining, but it uses a pve crew and a warship.
if you have a good enough crew you can just direct your ship towards the new systems before bed.
it is also very cheap and quick to repair for a ship at that level.

Ugh. So many specialty ships for specific tasks…. I appreciate new content, don’t get me wrong, but its hard to accept new content when there is already so much to do in the game. If I ran this game, I’d mix things up a bit, the new ship/new armada every arc is getting tiresome. We already have so many different types of armadas that we could conceivable keep ourselves busy with them for weeks on end. Between the solo, FKR, Exchange, Pirate/Marauder/Formation armadas…. Jeesh, it’s a lot with just them. Then add on top of that all the specific grind with specialty ships, like the Mantis/Voyager/Vi’Dar & Talios/Discovery, et all…. Theres even more to do. Instead of consistently adding to the game with every arc, why not make improvements to existing content? Enable existing ships to be better able to grind in these specialty spaces. Instead of keeping prices so high for purchasing items, why not reduce prices a few months after initial introduction of things? There are so, so, so many things that y’all could do to make gameplay more rewarding for players, but instead, you’re constantly spewing out new content and items without perfecting or improving prior gameplay mechanics and activities. Honestly, you’re chasing people away from the game by bogging them down with all these different tasks. Simplify things, improve things, make things work better before you add any more things to it please!!!!
