I skip armada events some times. The togetherness can really suck.

I agree with Picard coins like I'm buying valdore refit shards. But say cosmic hunt loot I do battle debris and always get battleship parts when I need explorer parts so I got those coins piled up because I forget to use them lol

If u purchase a battle pass all I really gotta do is the battle pass event each day to get those rss.

The lb events are for spenders and more often then not a waste of time.

Every month people come and make that claim 🤷‍♂️ it’s nothing new -> unfortunately they are always wrong as it’s been completable every month, with the odd month being lenient and maybe giving an extra milestone of points.
It’s either 1 of 2 reasons

1. They missed an event or milestone and can’t remember, they also don’t fancy admitting that.

2. They did their event right after reset when there was a huge lag and the bp and bp overflow have different scores registered.

If it's number two on which I know like I know it's not number one. Then they really need to work on the stability like they promised. Too many things happening. They need to take a moment and forget "new" content and dig through the problem.

I had to do this once.. Their first response was: No, you missed 1 milestone, sorry not sorry.
I pressed back because i knew that was not true..
And they "rechecked" and found that i was indeed, not lacking any event, so they fixed it.

New theory on military supremacy after getting it the last two months. What if for all intents and purposes to an outsider it’s just random. Like, this month, they want to test the following spender/lvl/activity segments and see how many ships they’re willing to blow up in addition to regular events. It’s 500 ships for the worst rewards possible. How little incentive does it take to increase behavior? And they run it against different segments that look random to us, but are their current metrics for activation

servers cost a lot less if they're bottlenecked all the time and cause serious lag issues everywhere. A decent server would cost more but would be more stable
Also with the amount of people spending thousands a month on each server you can hardly make the case that such an "event" is needed to keep the server alive
I know full well what an outsourced and even onprem server costs, together with network routing, decent security and the databases behind it.
My employer runs servers with big applications for more people than stfc has with a lot less company value and it's a heck of a lot more stable than what we get to experience each day
The patch notes are pathetic, seems like half a dev and his goat work on it weekly

Apart from the graphical aspect, the systems can be rehashed from existing content, altogether that would take one of our devs a day and a half to complete

I would imagine there's some issue with creating 4x (or more, depending on officers they want to show) per level bracket of the pack, this way they get to make 1 pack per level bracket, in a reusable way, as they can just release the same pack later and vary the officers, and drip out whichever officers they choose in later releases (assuming this method sells better than random-mitchell).

Maybe event store isn't the place, but I'm not sure where else fits with their current model 🤷‍♂️

The difference from one chest to two is just 100%. You’re missing the point. The bonus refinery pulls have not changed. They were the same in the “good old days”. It’s just that in those days you thought the pulls it was giving were good, because the regular refinery was way worse than it is now.

G3 bonus refinery is still good because g3 refinery only received 60% buff and the bajoran favors don't affect g3 refinery. Not to mention g3 is the easiest to get a large surplus of. So of the bonus refineries it has the best raw to uc output relative to the cost of regular pulls.

The g4 and g5 refineries both got a 100% buff and are enhanced by the bajoran favors making the bonus refinery not as efficient time/material wise relatively to the normal pulls, compared to g3 refinery.

Middle or left pull on the g3 refinery is fine. Right most if you have surplus. Currently I don't pull bonus on g4 as I don't care to mine more
