The flawed event states bonus points for making the queen, Dezoc, and Hossa captain of the ship, but each one of the have no captain maneuvers and aren't fit to lead. They shoukd just be extra points to be on bridge of ship. I think this is an error on scopleys part.

There quite often event like that, to use the new officers. Sometimes you get good bonus points, sometimes better not even try.

Its a way to promote then. Use them or not, your choice. I always find pike more efficient in those events anyway

Except you are wrong. Not the old vidar, but the new vidar is useless. The old vidar at tier 9 is stronger than the new Talios at tier 1. Whats worse, the exo's dont work on the Talios and neither does the Vidar skin. So what this basically means is that my old Vidar can fill a 1mil cargo hold in 10 mins, with the new Talios I can barely get 200k in 20 mins (before it dies on lvl 33 probes).

Lots on mine had been waiting but seeing there wasn’t an slb listed went ahead and used the materials. I did ops 48 and academy, shipyard and few other big buildings and research after realising there wasn’t an slb only for them to add one shortly after.
