@mystic wasp I could find your Account and figured out why you having that exact issue. You should in theory get the correct lootbox for ops 45. However the server is returning you two chests. Tier 4 (99.99) for Ops 45 and Tier 2 (19.99) for Ops 30-60. The client randomly picked to display you the content for the Tier 2 box hence no g4 and lower rewards overall. So it is just a display error. I can send you details in pm what you have to tell support to resolve this quicker.

Anyone else with similar issues while I am on it? 😄

The thing is, 2022 achieved the best pro-player events when Tendi was given away 100% free through participation. From then it reached a low when they released the BS Strike Team to not even unlock the rares through the $20 battle pass and it has been the same trash from there onwards. oh please... this is not the first server merge.... there is no excuse to first of all straight up LIE to the players as to WHEN it will take place - first indicating it is MONTHS away so you make certain decisions regarding your account that you probably wouldn't make if you knew it was coming within the month... there is second of all no excuse to give just a one day warning... TC services are running for 7 days - that is the bare minimum of warning I would expect so no services will be activated for less than that, otherwise it's resources wasted... third of all if for what ever reason you have technical issues and things don't work as they should in the sense that one of two servers merging can normally play after merge while the other server is shut out of all actions there is NO F-ING WAY you can let this go on for an hour or longer before you decide to stop sitting on your hands and launch emergency maintenance...

There is actually another problem as well. The correct answer for the 5th part needs you to get to a system that requires Warp 25.
Which is basically impossible for most people below ops 17

They use that system or the one next to it (which is also a warp 25 system) every single quiz without fail and most players below I'd even say Ops 20 if you're F2P. The earliest ship I could get capable of that on its own was a North star and you need G3 refined for that.

Complaint about lvl range of anniversary event with trivia - Lvl 10-60 implies that everyone would be able to complete it. But the last question (Answer spoiler) ||requires ya to get to Praes System|| which can only be reached with warp range 25, something that players under lvl 12 are incapable of attaining. And even if they have a jellyfish at lvl 12, that jellyfish needs to be significantly tiered up to reach the system. As such, the event is not very easily completed for the extreme low lvl range...
