Abilities
The USS Defiant has two abilities, a passive and an active one..

The Resourceful Approach (passive) will increase the Edict rewards from Solo Armadas by X% when using the USS Defiant (the % will increase based on your Ship level).

The Ablative Armor (active) will boost your allies' strength vs Group and Solo Armadas. To activate the ability, you'll need to spend Ablative Amplifiers which can be found in the Bajoran Faction store. This ability has a cost, duration, and cooldown. Both cost and duration will be improved while you upgrade your Ship level.

When you are being reinforced by another USS Defiant, you can further improve that reinforcement by researching the USS Defiant Solo Armada or Group Armada nodes in the Starships Research tree.

So it has support capabilities and you need to spend another new type of token to activate

This time you have introduced a new ship and given us a way of gaining the ship for free in around 90 days.
The battlepass doesn't hold true to other months for rewards on the even numbered milestones for spenders and non spenders.
I have always bought the battlepass for the extra I would gain, this month its not worth it.
You can't even get the name of the new officer right when checking the description.
This game for content is becoming a chore and is adding more content to do with only paying ways to progress for example the new prime researches that keep appearing have no free to play way of gaining them.
If this keeps up you will be having one less player, and I think a lot of other players are feeling the same way.

Hi everyone - I hope you are all good. First just to say I think the officers look good. Secondly, I personally like the lack of SLB as I think it helps less affluent players who cannot compete against the dolphins or whales, so it seems fairer to me at least. Third - cloaking for Ent D? Wtf?! 😜. Now the Defiant - I was really looking forward to this and for me it sounds like an active Cerritos (not just buffing outside an armada but taking part in it), and that for me is another single use ship. You need to stop with these, Scopely, because people won’t endlessly grind for ONE benefit on each ship. I’ve already stopped Mantis grinding after you didn’t fix the problems with the Apex, but I do still do the couple of days venom to get the shards, so at least still some benefit… Cerritos, I hardly do those events now, takes too many runs and too much juice, I’d rather save it for the solo madras… my point is really you should have combined the very good bajoran store with the defiant to make it stella/outlaw research oriented. Now I will do the grind for Bajoran rewards but I won’t get the Defiant for another 99 days. So generally good but it’s not a special looking arc and I’m pinning a lot of hope on the December one already. Have a great day everyone 👍

No offense, but it was a pretty obvious button. It's just like the little details in the espionage event that got everyone so worked up (myself included). After a little introspection... it's my fault for not paying attention. The instructions were there, they were clear.

I also think the join button kinda makes it clear that this event isn't necessarily part of the event progression for the arc. It's an extra that is optional. 🤷‍♂️

While there are quite a few events available to Commanders today, the arc runner wanted to make sure there was plenty for everyone to sink their teeth into especially since the new update launched yesterday

I can understand the concern and frustration of also feeling like there is too much to do and you HAVE to do all the events on top of your other goals

It's a fine line to balance for sure and appreciate everyone's thoughts

Thank you for the reply! @cunning radish is correct. I did say thank you for announcing the path. I think info like this might even help your bottom line in the future. Give the players the information and let them decide how to proceed. If I had known how the mantis was going to be sourced when it came out, I might have bought the $50 pack. At this point in time, for some players, getting a reliable source of Bajoran Diplomacy Tokens is difficult based on their level. The Uncommon loot exchange for me is pretty unfair. When I was one level lower, I was able to grab an Uncommon Loot Exchange Box relatively easily every few days. If i had this info like 2 weeks earlier I would not have leveled up. Also note* as per Scopley, we should be able to grab one of these packs about every 4 days. I need to Win 5 Madas to hit this Number. My packs have 75 Diplomacy Tokens. A defiant BP for me is 55 Diplomacy Tokens. So for me, this is at nowhere near 1 a day. Even though you can technically buy one a day. How about a nice $19.99 Diplomacy Token Pack in the store or a low level favor that gives a small supply of tokens a day..... or fingers crossed BP's are in the end of arc store.

I did a bajoran favor that was supposed to be 84k×15 which should have gave over a mil points instead I have 48.75k???

soo, Slb is solo armada and it only counts rare and epics, one of the ticketed event is power gained and doesnt count officer xp and ship xp, very nice indeed

You'd think cms would be on at event reset in case there are problems....cause you might say there's plenty of precedent of that

Ticketed Events is back to old cycle where EVERY Crystal reward event is having DOUBLE the rewards than the other types.

It's just garbage. They had ticketed events last arc that finally had equal rewards. But no they went back. The problem is mid 40 requires sooo much rare ore but there are just so few sources.

I don't usually do ticket events unless they have officer shards, but when those are there I do every ticket

Wenn scopley bekannt ist, dass es nicht funktioniert sollen sie kein armarda-event starten....
