Exchange armadas is laggy so much that after killing it you can restart armadas and it just disappears. But we loos our directives, this is not funny when my team mates trying to win the stella skinn. How is it possible to start a ghost armada?

It World be nice if there was no Server lagg. It is imposible to jumper in a System and you have to wait 50 seconds or more that this System is loaded or your ship is loaded for you but your enemy can attack you instantly. Maybe scopley wants it for easy kills for there whale players

Why would you pick a ship that’s so heavily regulated by level for PvP? My Franklin-A is limited to level 10 for me at Ops 38. A player at Ops 41 rolls into the system and I stand no chance. Not to mention everyone coming with Augurs and Ents to kill the Franklins. Bad premise for an event, or at least not well thought out. Not sure what to do about the lack of parity, but at least make attacking a Franklin-A with a non-Franklin-A ship negative points or something…

How incursion should be in my opinion and with the kind of work scopely give us:

  1. Make SMS on both server the same, PVP and PVP count
  2. shop coins should be enough to take the 25 mantis parts with sms done (maybe set the limit on 25 or so to limited it)
  3. Rewards for winning server should be much better, this rewards are a bad joke
  4. small reward for loosing server
  5. no armada event and NO mining event on incursion!

Franklin PvP would work.. if the PvP banding didn't allow folks in 5M Franklins to thump mine and they didn't give points for using any old ship to pop them. My 5 cents on the current incursion event: it sucks big time. Rewards are very little compared with the resources and time required to complete (nothing new there, right scopely?); PvP with Franklin-A... bad idea; my server had 2 PvP events on defense and 2 PvE events on the opposite server, what about people that can't cross over, they are left out of the "easier" event... worst idea. Overall: poor rewards, bad concept and a waste of resources.

  1. I'm interested how many alliances will finnish AMS.. our alliance of 56 people has 22k ponits now.. 96k is unreachable.. maybe 2 milestones..
  2. SMS events - I've done all 4, but it's very boring.. hunting Franklins while they are escaping... Hunting swamrs on opposite server is not challenging..

The Frank pvp sucks. Massive drain on jump juice and mantis venom. There's no incentive for either party to collaborate. Constant cat and mouse only ending when one person's screws up

Locking the FTP mantis unlock behind time-consuming and impossible events is also very poor, I can afford a whole 10BPs 🤮. Incursions 12hr events are also a bad idea, I can only do the second run as I'm up early with the kids, many can only play in the evening.

Not really enjoying incursion this time round, were it not for the event store which is decent enough I would have put a 1 day shield on and taken some time off.
Frank A vs Frank A event is too specific and its just swarms of players either side trying to mob some unlucky fool and quite honestly not fun, I felt ashamed at being part of the lynch mob myself, but them points are not going to score themselves.

As a franky -a EU survivor, don’t even bother trying to catch players doing swarms u will be at it all night. Post in galaxy chat get a partner trade pvp kills . Took 5 minutes doing both . Also use Vemet when getting blown up cost less 😜

People just warp in, kill a couple, and warp out. Good luck trying to get PvP kills. The only way to do this is to beg the invading server to sacrifice Franklins for you.

They made it so much worse this time. Before there was an incentive to help defend a raid at least for the pvp event. Not just trade kills in designated system. Change the 6 hour timeframe to a whole day, pay out better rewards (incl tritt!) and its ok. In the end its one day designated for pvp. If they wouldnt run any other pve event just shield if you dont like it.

The idea was horrible from the get-go. One improvement would have been if the invading server would have gotten negative points for using something other than a Franklin-A to destroy a Franklin-A and to limit it to tight level brackets because an ops 37 Frank-A and an ops 39+ Frank- are two different beasts.

Incursions exclude too many players.
Easy to make it better and more active.

  1. Mining scores. Mining on the opposing server scores 3x as much. Actually makes the “raid resources” part of current scoring matter in terms of lat and g3-g5.
  2. Points for hull damage to armadas. 3x points on opposing server. Adds an interesting dynamic.
  3. Scores for hostile kills, scale up by level of hostile killed. 3x on opposing server.
  4. Points for supporting Allies with Cerritos resulting in a kill, or stinging enemy resulting in a kill. Helps smaller players support team.

I wasn't even able to do the 1st 12hr event sets do to sleeping. I do not think I will care enough to do any of the next sets when I get off after a 12.2 hour shift. I wish they didn't try to force players to participate in incursions by auto dropping shields, Locking in game items and upgrades behind a "Incursion wall" without other sourcing options.(Store?) Guess no upgrading for my space relay this month.

As I got off work at 1am and planned to play going home. I find it’s not worth the effort. This event ranks ad the worst ever. It’s 2 am and in the server 31 vs 26 it’s 9 trillion to 3 trillion. What a snooze fest. Keep this up and next time it will be Start a 24 hour shield and then wait for the nexts days events.

I usually like incursions, but the new franklin event blows. By the time I finished the 2nd run of it, I was so frustrated with with the lag and glitches thst I didn't even look at the lb's. Pvp is fun... but only if the app works as it's supposed to. Near the end the lag was so bad there was no point trying to chase anyone down, they could warp out and kill 10 hostiles in the next system before your ship would even move. Scamley and Figit need to get their 💩 together if they want people to participate in all these pvp events.

Faction hunt is value add imo, gets players out doing pve which presents targets. For those that think the faction hunt is difficult, just send all ships to high spawn systems, I finish all three within half an hour.

I kinda liked grinding hostiles as the invader. The defender event was far worse as usual.

And even if you don't want the Mantis or this batlleship St crew, can always save the currency and pray Scopely adds more in the next run with the same currency. Very possible imho.

@pseudo rune @modest frost : feedback on Infinite Incursions Champion XSLB. This event it not great. It pays a good amount of Subspace relays, albeit it not as much as raiding. However, it incentivises players to smack dead bases over and over. Just ask Anyone in the top ten basically had to do this. [ and I mean hours and hours ]. I myself had to smack a dead base 118 times to jump brackets - not fun. I just think you guys should look into this event and the scoring mechanic. It's really doesn't make for a better game experience in my eyes.

I took 9th place in this xslb solely through my rss stealing raider xslb (1st place) and the absolutely awful Franklin sms events. So... top 10 isn't exactly the cutoff... but yes, some people are blatantly abusing the mechanics... The top 5 in my bracket had 40-50k, whereas I had 11k after roughly 14 hours of continuous base raiding (and everyone I raided had 6+ docks). Not a single base attacked with less than 50B rss...

Just discontinue Incursions already. It’s not getting better, it’s getting worse in not just implementation, and scoring, but risk versus rewards as well. So, I’m going to PVP, for the rewards, (6 La’an shards, wow), spend Trit for repairs, and get rewarded Steel. That only makes sense if it was done on purpose to draw that trit out of us, so it could potentially lead to us buying packs. Greed. Just discontinue it. There are a very few that enjoy it, but they are a tiny percentage. The large majority just turtle up, and take the day off.

Starting from Ops 40 if I am not mistaken you will have the same BP until 45 or 50. There are similar big Op ranges for different levels

i was going to stay 39 for another month and wait for a spend event on a new officer but i just found out the push from 40-41 ops is all G4 Common which wouldnt count for points on the spend event so i decided to just push anyways. hopefully scopely hasnt done the snapshot and i can get G4 in my battlepass. if not nbd i guess. worse case scenario i could try filing a ticket and seeing if they'll help me out? anyone have experience with that? do they help with re-scaling battlepass rewards in situations like this?

The 2 good things about incursions are A) having twice as many people to meet and then b) raiding which would happen if you had twice as many people on a server. Those are the only reasons anyone likes them. It doesn’t have to be an event, just merge servers

As I recall, they were supposed to be more frequent possibly even 3 times a month, again, this isn't too onerous by itself, but during an arc it might prove problematic depending on the corresponding events. Once a month really isn't too bad.

The PvE aspect was requested to be a method to score in the pvp events when there weren't any pvp targets. Instead, they are trying to create PvP targets by forcing a PvE event that funnels targets into a system.

The discussion started with PVP brackets.
PVP brackets shouldn't really matter to people who don't PVP, bubble and shut up.
To me, I'd rather have a 35 that can tie up a 49 during a raid then a 35 that can't hit a 49 ever. I'd rather have one of my 35s be able to join a raid on a 49 than sit there unable to scoop. I'd rather have a 35 that can take out matis and vidars and miners than sit there being unable to engage.
Some people want to farm and hide in their bubbles and make territory safe spaces. That's fine, do your thing. If you're in our alliance, however, we expect you to be able to fight when necessary. If a 35 can't engage the people we're fighting what are they doing then?

The communications from our Scopely reps the last few months have dropped to junior high student level :). This entire arc almost all comms from scopely have been after the fact reactions instead of proactive planned information. Sadly, it looks like adding another comm manager isnt changing things yet as its the day before the supposed new BP and we have not heard a peep. But, that also falls in line with the fact they added another comm that works roughly the same hours instead of doubling up their community coverage. To put it frankly, Scopely communications the last few months have been handled more poorly than I have ever seen from a game with an active user base. I wont blame @pseudo rune directly, as it may a culture issue in the company above him. Basically, we are all under the impression that nothing in the game is planned anymore and its all last minute.

Oh, I have every faith that things are planned, I just don't think they communicate any better internally than they do externally to us 😅
