Hammy I have got to compliment this arcs development team, they've accomplished something I didn't expect to see in STFC's lifetime. It seems they've actually managed to create an arc that'll surpass the flashpoint arc, an arc that led to about 6 months of planned content to be thrown in the garbage bin, as the playerbases most hated arc. It's quite a memorable feat really.

And if some of the high-ops are getting into duo Wave Defense. if you have the pc or mac client and things are laggy, run a "repair" and clear your in-game cache. somtimes that really takes care of it.

Reality: Boss, over the past year, I've dealt with 873 incidents caused by poor programming; Worked with the player base to identify 237 bugs that we thought were resolved, but weren't. And 1 person said they envy my position at least once in the year. These incidents were 37% higher than budgeted, and I was able to calm the player base without resorting in hiring consultants to handle the increased number of incidents. 🙂
