I need some help. Ive hit a wall when it comes to my Forbidden Tech. Ive got most of the more common tech maxed.... but for the Rare/Epic tech I hit a wall and it wont let me Tier up anymore. The button is greyed out and when I click it, it says that I need to improve my Q-Trials Assessment.... Which I have done. It started when I was like down at 1.3B... and have since improved it up to 3.5B. Am I missing something? Does anyone know the assessment levels that allow you proceed... or are they arbitrarily assigned by the developers? Of, like so many other things, is it a glitch that I have to put a ticket in to force it to proceed? Thoughts anyone? (And please no sarcastic or unhelpful comments... this is a legitimate question).

Honestly a lot of the "bugs" are actually lag, the system is so slow it causes errors because... no synchronization or vaildation of data.
The lag is what messes up kirshara. The only fix is to have some way of synchronizing client and server, without that it simply won't get better.
