Incursion scoring has always been screwed up. Often times, one or two whales "forgetting" to shield could throw the incursion for your server.

the EU servers are already on fire; repairing ships takes 5-10 seconds per ship, any menu just takes an extra 5-10 seconds,...
Incursions drop in 9h, I'm not going to play if performance is like this. No point in pvp'ing if all I do is wait for ships to register being repaired
