It’s been months and months of issues. Dating back to like September or October players have had constant issues with even just alliance chat stopping refreshing and dailies and events scoring not updating until people force reset the game in some way.
The couple servers I talk to have seen more high ops people leaving during all this than at any other time because if they have to jump through hoops just to communicate, they’d rather just find something else to do.

The elite track rewards had to be given by support, I could not claim myself. They were aware of the issue, and the engineers were on it, but the tasks couldn't be marked as done.
