Yep, and the faction score / value you need after the 500B mark....I could be wrong, but I don't think there are any packs that 'give' you faction ranking points, faction credits maybe, but not faction points for your faction rank. This forces even the big time spenders to slow progression while they grind hostiles for faction

You can google search app that auto grinds and auto mines for you, caught 1 player on my server who did that for years, if you look at his profile, you will see a hostile and mining score that is 2 or 3 times higher than anyone else in the game

That player I caught doing the auto grind on a hostile that was for an event to place for most destroyed, saw him coming to the system farming till he died and return right away, his targetting of hostiles was robotic, and this is before the auto target ability in game, I destroyed his ship, it kept returning, i kept destroying it, 3 hours later he finally sends me a Pm saying why?

How do you know he wasn't doing it himself or had the artifact you can queue targets? Why make assumptions based on simple observations. Scopely can definitely look into the code and the data file to see if it was an auto attack or he clicked it, you cannot.

As I said, this is before the artifact, his ship cleared hostiles in a pre targetted robotic manner, when destroyed his return time was to the second, every time, for hours, other players had witnesses this as well. When pm's are sent, he does not respond, or responds hours later. If his grinding ship is repeatedly destroyed, he does not respond or change his game play, for hours.
As well, you can find these apps, and look into it, and the way I described the auto grinding is exactly how the app works your account
A good example, the old Fatu-frey (sp) event where you score on a leaderboard for most destroyed, his score would be multiples of all other players combined.....always placing 1st

I've set up my laptop and watched movies while mindlessly clicking hostiles, and have many pms I either ignore or get to later. grinding is mind numbing so I need something to keep my mind busy. I just think it's better to get facts before assuming but that's just me 🤷♀️

At 66 you only need your Rare of choice to T9 then it's all saving for your 70 Epic. You'll want it T12 minimum I'd say for G7 so do whatever tickets you need to get you there then save the rest.

I can't think of any game I have played that had issues so frequently they designed a compensation mechanic for it. One that had to be designed for how frequently it was needed.
