this is not an "on and off" issue. It's either the result of cost saving measures because profit above players, or gross negligence and terrible coding/database practice.
The fact that Scopely keeps releasing new crap every single week, adding onto already existing problems instead of fixing them and causing new ones, makes me certain that this scoring lag issue will return every month or so, like it has for so long.

That's what happens when you run a business purely for profit, ignoring what players want.

It's not overly difficult at ops60 to max them, I wouldn't scrap before maxing them and keep at least 1 for general purpose. I still use a korinar at ops67 for sub-60 content like group armadas, dominion solo armadas etc, since the built in loot boost increases how much loot you get
Also useful for things like aggregation hostiles
It's also a very cheap repair during incursions when defending a friend's base, blowing up amalgams

well that aint impossible as alot of us did complete it and alot by cheesing it. its just not fun to have a hostile that has 100% shield bypass after 1-2 crits, the buff should not increase that rapidly especially from us doing a crit when we cant manually turn off our ability to crit
