Yah, known issue. From the screenshots, it costs 20k solo s31 credits to buy, and 2,500 doohickeys to speed up an outpost from 3 minutes to 10 seconds. No info on retribution hostiles, but I take it that it doesn't affect that.
Seems like a rip off to me.
The time to start an outpost has never been the issue.
Reducing the time taken by an outpost from 6 hours 3 minutes to 6 hours 10 seconds for 20k solo s31 credits, dunno what they were smoking.

Well this feels like getting sucker punched. Collected my monthly loyalty chest today, tiered up my Ent-E to T10 and a half, finally able to kill 3 G7 hostiles to a hull then they bring out this junk.
I hate this 'ban' junk with officers.

This orion ship is impossible, first they ignore your shield, so your ship will die quickly, second they reduce your crit damage, so you can't kill it quickly. Unless you have a massive big ship way beyond your ops level average.

For me E Pic was stronger than E Data. Chang has extremely weak captain ability, so doesn't matter much where he's on the bridge.

New Orion vger hostiles are bugged, deals 24 bill damage,I mitigate 24 bill damage but still hits my shield with 24 bill damage, end result 7 rounds and I deal no damage to a 9 bill Orion with an 8 bill cube
