Day two of asking what qualifies certain states over others for the emergency weather shields when my state and all the states around me have governors who declared a state of emergency, we're supposed to be getting 16-22 inches of snow with ice on top of that, and no one in game who lives within a 4 hour driving radius of me that I've found so far got the 3 day shield and that 4 hour driving radius encompasses 6 states (because I live very near a state border with Maryland and everyone seems to be within 4 hours of Maryland lol)

That value is also just a rough estimate of what damage would be dealt on average. A ship like the kos karii doesn’t shoot in round two, so you can’t expect it to deal the damage then.

It also doesn’t factor in all the various damage against X things etc, so to me it’s just a rough estimate of how well researched someone is

Damage per round really should be an average of weapons damage per round otherwise the name is meaningless if it aggregates other no damage related stats that affect( like shield mitigation which varies per found and crit chance which is a chance and can be negated) damage dealt to hull.

Hence the term is meaningless

you should drastically slow down at 42, it takes time to get through the 40s. dont rush there and keep that pace when entering g5, otherwise you cant participate in new arc additions

the biggest stops will be rare armadacores, so save up rare armada directives for when you reach 48-50

but as i said, stop at 35, not 28

as a rule of thumb, at maximum 2 ops per month, preferable when there is a material spend event you wanna participate in

Because the components at T9 require sigma trit to upgrade. So you must have upgraded some components thus making the repair need Sigma. Same thing happens with the Borg cube/Relativity/GS-31 etc etc

i searched every avenue, including ferengi tokens, refinery, emergency field rations and saris invasion currency and still couldnt get it even remotely close to enough to do a g3 material task.

5k hostile grinding tasks take a considerable amount of effort, but don't reward any shop currency.

i think there needs to be a way where ALL tasks give some sort of shop currency bonus, then the players completing the tasks are getting something and the ones not doing a single task get nothing.

which hopefully gives incentive for all players to get involved and actually start doing task they've previously just ignored.

Another reason to cancel relegation is there seemed to be a big yesterday for a brief time when some players were allowed to exceed the allotted 3 AT tasks per day, this creates an imbalance where some alliances could be demoted due to not being able to take advantage of that opportunity.
