One thing that keeps annoying me is how quests do not scale with ship power. You increase ops, now your dailies that already kill most of your ships are harder. You go up in reputation? Your faction’s quests require you to go to areas with warp ranges you cannot reach with any ship. (Even several researched ships later).

You gotta be from a different planet to not understand what starship are main play and which ones are and should be a "support" ship. Does anyone at Scopely know anything about Star Trek, or are you just swinging for the fences and hoping for the best? Defiant was your first mistake. That is and never was a support ship. Now you got Excelsior. You deem it a support ship because it helped the Enterprise. It later became Ent-B and was a tough ship of its class. Seriously, there is a book, and even online, list of starship for Star Trek that list what ships are literally support ships. Not sure how one can be so smart, yet so incompetent.

Prior to incursions there was apparently feedback for ways for servers to interact with one another, for players to have more than just the same old same old. So this was introduction to cross server competitions. I can’t remember the original story line but they’ve streamlined things quite a bit. What now comes as gift bundle had to be earned through events over an entire weekend. They also introduced the first auto-exos and various add-ons to the store.
