Pull it, work out compensation that's fair to all issue it, fix problem without people still trying to run them.

Once again Scopely STFC has botched another ARC.
Once again I'm left feeling as to why I should spend any money on the game again.
I was on the bubble as to dropping a couple hundred dollars on what's apparently two different Arcs. Now I'm even debating spending the $19.99 on each one.
Scopely is definitely over charging and very much under delivering .
It seems to get worse over time. 2025 has been rather disappointing. As such I'm spending less and less time playing the game and of course spending less and less money. One would think especially as their revenue has been shrinking and they have been spending lots more money on advertising for new players. That the management team would have learned from the multiple mistakes and the feedback especially from the biggest spenders of the game that have been quiting. Now I'm not at the point of quitting yet but definitely inching closer but definitely have hit the wall on spending. I'm definitely have reached the point of why support a game financially if I'm not getting a reasonable return on the investment. I'm sorry but $99.99 for the Elite Pass has become ridiculous now. Especially when there's bugs every single time a Arc is launched. How can I justify spending money when events are cancelled because Scopely engineers, programers and Management can't deliver a product that works.

I've been playing STFC going on 5yrs. By far the longest single game I've ever played. In all that time, I've been a paying player for close to 4yrs now. Up until this month, I've always purchased the $19.99 Elite Pass. Now for the most part , I've at least felt it was worth it for what I would get out of the ARC. However this year Scopely has gotten way cheaper with the prizes, give out or spiffs. Whatever you want to call it, they have gotten worse. Much of it is tokens to use in the event store. I'm ok with that or should say used to be ok with that because the trade of tokens for items was a decent trade. Unfortunately much like everything, Scopely has gotten cheap. Now what's being offered is pretty good but the trade is horrible. Scopely has done that with many events. I have to grind a bunch of stuff for hours for what looks like thousands of tokens that I can trade for a single item. I'm sorry but it's a terrible exchange rate. It's so bad that I stopped doing certain events. It's even worse with the material spend events, which is meant to sell more packs all so that can gain tokens to them exchange for a pitiful item. I stopped doing material spend events. So now this month, it's not one Arc event but technically two Arc's. Premium Elite Pass is $99.99. Yeah I was on the bubble but with everything going wrong with everything. Definitely not going to spend $99.99. So if I don't get the Premium, for years now I would get the Elite Pass for $19.99. This month there's two of them. $40 for two let alone $19.99 for one. Just doesn't seem worth it anymore when Scopely is pulling events, trying to buy players off continuously with chests. So after 4yrs of purchasing at a minimum the Elite Pass. I'm not going to spend a single penny this month. An with the track record of Scopely, looks like next Month will be the same.
