at scopley any chance you could increase the number of g6 mines available? with so many now owning selkies the mines available are well below what is needed. ive had a selkie a while and it is by far to most useless ship given its cost and time to build. never free mines. as most servers have ROE for g6 mining it does not even work as wars are a pointless pvp mechanic when people only hit miners 90% of the time. reparing g6 is expensive at low level ops 60s so its a ship that predominantly remains in the hanger during wars.

Unplanned maintenance, game was unstable with loading screens popups and random error numbers when trying to claim stuff, yet they still closed the choice rewards store like everything was all working hunky dory.

I've received a small amount of multiphasic tokens which seems like pretty scant compensation if you multiply packs bought to obtain multiphasics used by the supposed shortfall that is in the multiphasic tokens redeemed. If you spent 350k multiphasics (equivalent of 20 premium packs) and there is a shortfall in each pack (unfortunately the shortfall has not actually been made clear) then giving 50 multiphasics as compensation for each of those packs, when reused, seems unlikely to cover the shortfall. Id have thought a fairer compensation would be to say what was missing from a multphasics turn in, eg 500 G7 unc ore, then multiply that by the number of turn ins and pay out in the actual missing RSS. Not more multiphasics. Either way, without knowing what was missing it's impossible to determine if the compensation is fair. It doesn't feel like it is...

The battlepass costs the same, $20. You are getting 1/2 the battlepasses for 3x the price.
1/2 because you can only unlock half the ships blueprints, which is where a lot of us get the specialty ships from, per battlepass, and far far less points.

When I submit tickets in the chatbot, that is where I see the response. Go back into that. Every time I also give my email but have yet to get an emailed response. And yes, I have checked by spam folder and filters.
