You might be able to swap CPUs, depending on the motherboard. (If it's a prebuilt idk about windows activation, though just a CPU swap might not even make you reactivate). There are AMD zen 2 processors that support windows 11. I think you said your PC was AMD before. I'm guessing AM4, which covers a lot of AMD CPUs - if you are willing to try a CPU swap I'd check into it (make sure to check to see if you need a BIOS update).

Also check to see if your PC meets the hardware requirements already, some PCs shipped with something Windows 11 wants turned off iirc, might just be a setting you need to turn on in the BIOS.

Is it not booting? I think if you're using MBR instead of GPT, the secure boot won't like that. Also I think Legacy/CSM has to be off. There is a way to convert MBR to GPT, I have not used it though. If you have your motherboard model info there may be documentation you can look at about the boot settings.

Quick question about g7 hostiles. Assuming I have the right crew/levels etc, what is the minimum size ship (cube or epic) required to complete Ops 71 dailies?

Technically a t15 cube or near maxed g6 rare could do it, but a t16 cube will make it bearable

G6 epic needs to be about t9 roughly. You’ll have the cube before that normally

It's the same thing on a different day. Scopely keeps raising quantity of resources and currencies necessary to make the slightest advancement. Yet you will hold hostile hunt events that top it out your PVE limit and conduct a event the next day that can not be achieved because a player is top out. Don't consider scheduling events better, the need to adjust the game with the constant additions of more types of resources and currencies, or a system that show that we are wasting our time grinding to no avail. Yet you will do again what your company aways does, completely disregard it's players.

Since link between server and client became more solid any desync, just reverts to where server thinks you should be, default place is empty and back in base if no location can be resolved.

If this is from time sensitive or one time entry system it can't remember where you were so puts you back in base

I heard listening to UltDJ, one of the players explained it like this: think of incursions, the transfer 2 servers to 1 to play on, and they have to be in sync, but with the veil ships that get returned home without you recalling them aren't in sync and from what I heard they have to sync your ship in the viel and then to your server and then you can get your ship or ships back. That sort of goal doesn't affect how/when the CT works but the CT sure helps

It isn't. People use loot crews because the goal isn't a r1 kill, it's the rewards. People use PMC + Neelix in q trials because they want to win, not because it's a r1 kill. People use Spike crews in grinding because it will load the damage you're taking onto a regenerating resource. Sure it would be great if hostiles had low enough hps that they could all be beat up by r1 crews, but that's not the reality. When something has a death ray in r8, then the need to finish the fight fast is a lot more important than a regular fight.

That's not true, using a PMC crew against Q trials I'd take 0 damage and those fights aren't going for low rounds. No other crew can perform to that level, it's perfect. Even if you could make a r1 g1 crew, the enemy gets to shoot first, and you're losing hull. The performance capability is what matters. And different crews do different things that emphasize a different outcome.
